Fuck Auto Zone! Don't waste your money here go to Walmart or some auto place but not here! Came in for coolant that can be mixed with water. First employee shows me the auto zone brand trying to upsell me since he must thought since I'm a female I don't know shit about cars.when there was another brand for cheaper. I got the 12.99 instead of the 14.99 so when I finally decided thats the one I want I get to the other register and the man tried to make me wait to use the other register since I was using cash and card. What kinda place could be so stupid that you only have one register that takes cash??!!! So I said forget I don't have time to wait so I'm paying with card. Then it comes up to 18.99 and I told him it's supposed to be 12.99 plus tax he said you get a $5 gift card back so I told him I'm not buying it and left. read more

Went in today needing new windshield wipers. Giovanny (sorry if I misspelled that) was super helpful, super sweet, and great at conversating! He even helped me put the windshield wipers on my car and showed me how to do it myself (for next time of course). But he was really great! It was like talking to family. HORRIBLE Service! I was sent to this store from another store for a battery charger. Before I left the Van Nuys store, Julio called this one to make sure they had the charger which his computer said they had in stock. Victor confirmed they did have the charger in stock, and Julio explained that I was on my way to come get it. When I arrived at this location, Angel told me that Victor had left the store some time ago and that it couldn't possibly have been a matter of a few minutes. I had a receipt from the first one that showed it being just 20-minutes prior. Basically Angel was calling Julio a liar for not calling over to the location, or me a liar for not being within 20 minutes. I called Julio back to verify who he spoke with, and that I was in fact at the right store. It was Victor, and it was the store on Reseda and Parthenia. Julio put me on hold (my cell phone) and then called the store. The manager picked up. After a few minutes he came back and said they sold it with in the few last minutes. WOW, what a bunch of BS! the charger they had on hold for me was sold to someone else. I promptly returned the merchandise I bought from the other one to this one and will not do anymore business with Autozone. There was no offer from the manager to give me a step up at a sale price just a "sorry guy". They wasted my time and my gasoline to drive over. Like I said HORRIBLE service. read more

I went there already choose the battery to change and then the cashier said nobody change it because only 3 employees work right now but you know no customer to take care (nobody inside) . Appalling customer service!!! My husband went in there to see about getting a new battery for my car and asked the guy if he would help him to switch the batteries out. The guy said he couldn't because he was the only one in the store. Not even a minute later 2 other employees appeared from the back and still nobody would give him a hand. One guy stated he was about to go off the clock. My husband had our 10 month old son sleeping in the car and these guys would not even lift a finger. Then when I tried to call the store to speak with the manager Enrique, I was put on hold for 10 minutes!! I will NEVER shop at Autozone for any automotive needs again. We go my battery at Costco. I came for a battery in the evening. The staff was so unprofessional with bad attitudes especially the girl. Non of them greeted any of the customers, they were busy chatting it up w/ their off the clock employee. The manager was Extremely rude so no wonder his staff is very unhelpful. What horrible service, aren't auto company's to cater to their customers? We just want to be greeted and helped. We didn't make you have a bad day why must we get the brunt of your bad attitudes?!!
