Autozone - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This organization used to actually support it's patrons. There would be assistance and trouble shooting and support of their products sold at their locations. After an upsale at this location for AC related products, I was informed by my mechanic that it did nothing to remedy my issue. I returned to the location described the time course context and and feedback from my mechanic. I then requested some type of reconciliation. I was told, there was no avenue for refund, store credit and to "use it for something else". Another associate i overheard stated to "don't bother with him". I have been a patron of of autozone for the good part of 2 decades. It is a shame that they not longer support their customer and hire rude dismissive children as customer support in their stores. read more

Stopped by with little to no knowledge on what I needed for an oil change and they helped me out right away! AMAZING SERVICE! Thank you so much to the Manager William read more

John and David helped me out of a huge pickle!!! Not sure I would have been able to get out of it without them. Small piece of plastic fell in after I put in my oil, I could see it and everything. I asked for help and John brought out a tube with some tape to stick it and pull it out. It was too big so I used some chewed gum and a straw. David brought out long pliers. So once I got the plastic up half way with the gum the pliers did the rest. Like playing operation. Much love to them!!! read more

Standard autozone with all you need, clean and well stocked. I am giving this place an A+ solely because of William, the man working who replaced my battery. He was essentially the only one working and was able to ring customers out diligently, and also take care of my battery replacement. I would understand if he said they are unable to due to being short-staffed, but I was accommodated with a very friendly attitude. Thanks again William! read more

I never have any luck with auto parts stores until yesterday. I needed a motor and track for the rear window in my Chevy Tahoe; and wouldn't you know it??? They had it IN STOCK!!! I love a well stocked parts store. Of course I could have ordered the part I needed online, but to be able to go to a brick and mortar store and get what I needed straight away is priceless. The staff there was fantastic and super helpful. Later that day, I needed a battery for my wife's dirtbike, and AGAIN, they had the battery IN STOCK! Just awesome! Thanks guys! read more

If you need your battery changed (as the advertised) do not expect them to do it. There were six people working in the store. The best they could do was loan me (old man with a tall truck) the tools. It was a pain but I did get done. Someone said it was close to lunchtime. Still, it would have been nice to help out a senior citizen. read more

I cannot recommend this location more, and the employee Jesus. He spent a long time making sure my car had everything it needed, including looking up other parts online for me and coming out to my car and checking it out. He even replaced my windshield wipers himself in the hot sun, which a local car repair place refused to do for me, then he waited to make sure they all worked! Friendly people and great knowledge of cars and the industry. Really appreciate it! Go here! And give Jesus a raise! read more

Late Saturday night, no one in the store. Was there to retire few items and drop off used engine oil. Poor customer service. Had me wait for my return items while young clerk takes care of the used oil. The older staff was more attentive by greeting me at the register. He asked if I was being helped. The older staff returned to help with my return because the young clerk was taking a long time to dump the used oil into their container. When the young clerk returns to give me back the empty oil quarts with dirty plastic bag, the older staff grabs a new plastic bag to cover the dirty one. At that moment, the young clerk made a rude gesture towards the situation, the older staff looks at the young clerk and ask him if he was okay. It was apparent the younger clerk lacked customer service. Hopefully management can provide some training to help the kid. read more
