We had just got our Santa Fe washed at Speedwash on Roscoe near Tompanga and realized we wanted new wipers. Yes, I suppose buying windscreen wipers AFTER the heavy rains of Winter may be futile, but I believe in Spring showers so....fingers crossed! Rather than hitting the chain auto part shops in this area, I decided to try CQ Auto Parts. I love a local spot and this one is a gem. Pretty quiet this morning, but Simon was there to greet us and inquire as to what brought us in this day. Since I couldn't remember the wiper sizes - Note to self: Note this! - he looked it up. As I found out last year, when you double check the size, one(the smaller passenger side wiper) is listed as 13" on some sites and 14" on others. We went with the 13", made our purchase, chatted a bit more with Simon about "signs o' the times", etc, then made our way out. I double checked the size we put on last year, remembering we went back and forth a couple of times with the smaller wiper, before we drove away. Simon noticed this from inside the shop and came out to lend assistance, thinking we were installing them. I showed him the wiper and mentioned how frustrating it was that the smaller wiper seems to be the challenge, but he agreed, the smaller wiper currently on the vehicle looked like a 15". So he went inside, grabbed a 15", returned, compared then exchanged the 13" wiper I had purchased. He asked if we would like him to put them on, but we declined and thanked him before departing the curb. I would definitely come back to CQ Auto Parts for my next parts purchase and I hope they're still here when I need them. Cheers! "CC"

My only complaint is that AutoZone should do a better job with their stocking. Most of the items are shown sold in stores online and show inventory, but when going to store they are out. Worst customer service I may have ever encountered from an online purchase. I simply ordered a…read moreproduct for my vehicle and did not notice a disclaimer on the site saying that "all colored options are out of stock" and that they need to wait for the supplier to be back in stock for them to ship them. That is completely fine. I messaged them to ask if they could send a non colored version of what I purchased and got no reply. I did message on a Sunday and the next day was a holiday so I waited till the day after. No response still. I was told that "all options are colored" so all are out of stock (so why put "colored options out of stock" and not just "out of stock"?). Anyway, I requested a refund because when I asked about how long it would take to restock I got "oh just a few days" to "every other week they restock" to "it could be a month" I simply don't want to wait FOREVER to get the product I purchased. When I asked for the refund they then continuously called me impatient then tried to use the fact that I purchased it with a monthly payment program and I would lose 8% of my money to slyly imply that I should just suck it up and wait after they just disrespected me. If you want professionalism in people handling parts for your Stinger I assure you, you can find a better website Edit: The reply the owner put on this is taking everything out of context, which is funny. Above I did not ask anyone to pay for the transaction fee I was stating that they were trying to use that against me to not get a refund that's it lol. I messaged them ((1)) time the night of the 25th not on Memorial Day but as I stated I didn't expect them to message me until today (the 28th). I also explained that, yes I did not see the disclaimer but it's misleading either way. I will be adding more pictures to show the rest of the conversation so nothing else can be misconstrued. "You can't make everyone happy" is something I agree with but a place to start would be not being disrespectful to your customers. Response to 2nd response: I believe most will see this and find that as the owner you are very childish. The photos show that clear. Once again I already have said I didn't see the disclaimer that's my fault but as of what it says made me think that the red was the only one out of stock as the website indicates that the "colored" ones were so I simply asked to get the non colored one which in anyone's mind black or brushed aluminum (one or the other) are not a "colored" option. If all are out of stock then just say that, it's easy. No one is upset about having to pay a fee I couldn't care less, it was my decision to cancel so why would I be upset. What led me to this review (which is on google too) is how unprofessional you were through the chat and doubled down on the email. You Are making things up in these replies to try to cover up your disrespect toward your customers. Grow up and hold this one star! Final Edit/Response: I just hope if anyone reads all of this, sees how ridiculous and pathetic this company is. The owner doesn't want to take blame for losing a customer based on not having any customer service skills. One sign of adversity and starts throwing out insults. I bought a product and I want that product, if I can get it faster than this company can provide I will go with someone else and his fragility can't handle it. I have 3 reviews on here and yes they are all well deserved 1 stars, yours most of all. Since we want to keep being disrespectful I will happily add this review to any and every place imaginable.
