My husband used them to repair a multi function display unit. He sent it in and it came back not fixed. He sent it back in and it seems they are holding it hostage. He's called them inquiring on status and the one representative said "I spoke with you already." And hung up on him. He received a tracking number but it has not been updated other than the shipping label has been created. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks. Ultimately he wants to just receive the unit back. He doesn't care if it's repaired by them anymore. He will spend the extra money to get it repaired by someplace else. He's trying to contact people and has gotten nowhere. They are very highly rated so I'm disappointed and dismayed that they haven't been able to handle this for him or at the very least get ahold of him. Poor customer service at best. read more

Absolutely under no circumstances should you do business with this company. You will be lied to or scammed or BOTH. I sent an abs module to them in 2018 for repair. Came back to me and worked well for a few years. Had the same problem with the module about a year ago so I sent it back for a "warranty repair". I had to pay another $200 because the failure was not covered by the warranty on the work they performed previously. So much for "lifetime warranty". You'll always end up paying again with this company. Just because they can tell you whatever they want to. Now it's 2024. I filled out their RMA form and sent the same module back a third time for "warranty repair". They tell me it has a failed processor and it can't be repaired. So I paid the return shipping back. What I received back in the mail is absolutely disgusting. They replaced my module with another defective unit they had at their business. The outer case was dirty and disgusting. The sticker from my old module was peeled off and reattached to this junk module they sent me. You can see there they didn't line the sticker up exactly the same way and how the edge had been peeled up. The numbers on the physical hardware on the underside of the module are completely different than the ones in the picture I took of my original module. Parts of the electronics have visible blue corrosion which mine didn't have. I had my initials engraved on my original module and you can see where they tried to forge my initials and then sanded down the plastic to re-try on another spot. I was literally lied to and scammed out of my module. I contacted them via email and of course they're too embarrassed to reply to me. Even though I'm sure they'll just deny everything. Every bad thing you read about this Company and the owner Gino being dishonest is true. If they don't steal from you the first time then it's just a matter of time before they do. read more

They basically made me remove my negative review... and I was comfortable with that because my issue was resolved. But after all the hassle of trying to get my module in a timely manner, dealing with dismissive employees on the phone, I insert my ABS module and it doesn't even work with my car. Their advertisement specifically states that if the abs module is original to the car that no coding would be necessary. Turns out they lied. After 2 weeks of waiting and being dismissed, another problem pops up on the same car. I take it to get diagnosed and what do you know! My abs module needs to be re coded to my car (a $200 charge). They have no way of fixing this or helping me at all. Do not give these people your money! read more

Don't send your module to these guys. They will keep it and tell you that you need to buy a new one because yours is unrepairable and sell you one of The modules they received from someone else they scammed I never received my old module back. They sold me a new one that was cracked, and rebuilt told me that mine must've got lost in the mail, and will not stand behind in a mean and threatening way. read more

Update on what happened over the weekend. David from MRP called me today explaining that there was a family emergency and the shop had to close early on Saturday. Understandable, but in the moment it still really sucked for me. I took a $20 Uber to get there and to return empty-handed was just disheartening. As a customer service employee myself, I knew yelling and demanding things wouldn't get anywhere, so I let David do everything he could for me. He checked shipping options and estimated delivery for multiple couriers. Since it was impossible for me to go back to their store during the week, he offered to pay for the shipping costs. I appreciated that. I look forward to receiving my new module tomorrow in the mail and hopefully getting my car up and running again. read more

They sold me a refurbished part for $200 (and the trade-in of my bad part) and offered to install it for extremely cheap! I was there for a total of 30 minutes, and now I'm happy. 2003 Expedition. I bought a fuse box module from this place, for a fuel pump relay repair. Their website says 150 but they got my sister for 200 for an instant repair. The fuse box didn't work so we have to drive back another 100 miles round trip. I asked for a refund and my old box back. He charged me a restocking fee, and didn't give me back my old box. He then grabbed the corroded, broken box, and walked away. Waste of time!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!! read more

I honestly don't know what kind of review to give them. My saga started over 2 years ago with a Jaguar ABS module needing a re-soldering. I went through Ebay and sent the payment and the module to MRP. It was allegedly repaired and sent back to me fairly quickly (BTW, now over $100 + shipping 2X). I re-installed the module and it worked for a few weeks...then all the lights and CEL came back on. Gino suggested repairing the ECU since he was convinced the ABS module was still fixed OK. I sent the ECU (another $200 + shipping 2X), it came back "repaired", and I reinstalled it. Still got the CEL and other lights, and same codes. Because the CEL comes on, even tho it has nothing to do with the emissions system, I cannot pass smog or re-license the car -- since 10/2021. I have called, was given a runaround, and don't know if I should send the units back or not. So....no, I am still without a running car and out about $350 so far. read more

Efficiency and professionalism, is hard to find now in days but there is a place in the valley that still offers it. Module Pro. I had a problem with my ABS/DSC/BREAK being lit on the cluster of my dash, on a E39 model. I found out that it was a very common problem in the module for this model of BMW. It has to do with the module being to close to the engine. The heat produced by the engine and time taking its toll produces the module to malfunction. The cost of rebuilding was $150. The cost of diagnostic was $80. Since it was less than half the difference and such a common problem I decided to rebuild module instead of diagnosing. Module Pro thank you it runs very good. I got rid of all the cluster lights. It took only three business days. The guy there got straight to the point and really seemed to appreciate the value of time. read more

I ordered a TCM unit for my 2010 Mazda 3 from this shop. The part got to me within a couple of days. It really depends on the option you choose for shipping. I changed the part on the car and it worked great. I sent the core back to them and within a week after shipping from Florida to California, I received and email stating my refund for the core had been processed. I am usually skeptical of buying parts online and I definitely researched this shop before I bought. I read some bad reviews but also realized when I read them that most of them were from people that didn't follow the instructions on getting the core back or expected service way above what should be expected. This shop is straight up and legit and if I ever need to order from them again, I wont hesitate. My X5 ABS module had failed, and was unfortunately unrepairable. These guys sold us a replacement, which refused to program in the car. A supposed expert was unable to solve it, but Geno volunteered to meet us on a Saturday morning - 5 minutes later, problem solved! I order a ECM repair kit from this so called company threw ebay and I sent them my ECM to be repaired. When I got it back all the lights on my dash where still on. I took my car to a mechanic and for a diagnostic which cost me $ 212 and he said the ECM was bad. I sent a copy of my diagnostic to Module Repair Poor and got a refund from ebay but they said I had to send in my ECM for the refund but I needed it for my car. I sent it in anyway and now Module Repair Poor will not send it back to me and they said they would sell the bad part if I didn't send them a $235 money order threw the mail....not threw ebay who I bought the kit threw. Extortion is what I call it. My car has been down for weeks and I have missed work. Very poor company. Module Repair Poor just remember that who ever deals with them. read more

Awful experience... In short, complete FRAUDSTERS. Don't buy from them. BEWARE...I ordered a 'remanufactured fuse box' from them on eBay just shy of $200. They wouldn't ship the fuse box until I paid them an additional $75 core charge for my old one. Instead, I just shipped my old one to them. I provided all the tracking info fully expecting them to ship the new one. They refused, and said they wont ship the new one until the core was in hand. Ok a two-day delay. Irritating, a little ridiculous, but whatever. But then they went and put someone else's tracking number on my order to trick eBay into thinking they shipped, and I received my order. I sent them another message advising them they can't do that, its fraud and violates eBay terms of service. They got mad and canceled my order and refunded my purchase. From eBays perspective, I'm made whole, and the seller is in the clear. But now they refuse to return my core and ignore messages. eBay is currently investigating the case, but don't trust these guys. Buy from someone else. read more

I wish there was a negative star that I could give to this business. Owner of this business is really rude and does not want to listen to his customers and does not admit mistake from their side. I sent an ECM to them for repair along my complete shipping address along with return shipping labels and I got a call from them after two days and a lady told me that we received it and told me that we can't use these shipping labels that you sent us, we have to charge you, I said go head charge me for other shipping label and send me back my labels when you ship back my ECM. I gave my credit card info to them and next day they called me and said your ECM is ready and we are shipping it back, I was expecting it that I will receive it within two three days but 8 days passed I did not receive my ECM back. I called them to inquire about ECM they said it's not in the shipping not in repair we don't know where it is, lets find out and call you back in 10 minutes but no body called me back till evening. I called again 15 minutes to 5 PM a lady answer my phone and said we don't know what happen to your ECM it is closing time we will call you tomorrow morning no body called again around 11 AM they said we call you in few minutes but after 1 hour I did receive call from Owner of the business said we said we shipped it but we don't have tracking number because we used same labels that you sent us and it is US priority mail but they don't have tracking number, they don't want to give me any proof that they shipped it. long story short, owner is really rude and and does not want to take any responsibility in his book customer is always wrong and supposed to be blamed for even the mistake is from either side. I lost my ECM I don't know where it is and paid them for repair and calling them they even don't want to listen me or answer my phone call. what you can expect from that kind of business that they will back their repair warranty even you get back your ECM or module from them after repair. I just received my replacement module back from Module Repair Pro and installed it. Very positive experience AND no dealer coding needed . And all my lights are out. A little history. I sent them (March 2019) my ABS module for repair for $149. A tech called me back a few days later and said they couldn't repair it as they couldn't fix the problem. About 25% of ABS modules are unfixable. That didn't surprise me as INPA (diagnostic software) was showing a huge amount of error codes and communication failures. They said they have a number of test vehicles that they actually insert their repaired part to confirm their repair works. In my case, still errors. I thought this method was better than any test equipment. The tech said they had a rebuilt one Bosh 5.7 that required no coding from the dealer as it was already configured for an E65. Hey, saves $100.. that got me more interested. He also said it was $250. I thought $149, now an additional $250 but no coding so still a good deal to get rid of the problem. I was then told me they DON"T CHARGE if they can't fix it ! Say What.... For $250 total, I get a working rebuilt one, no $100 dealer coding and a year warranty. Done deal. I got it back. Easy install. All the lights except the traction control were off. A quick clearing of the error codes and that went away too. A dashboard with no lights is a thing of beauty. I was sure if this would repair my issues with my 745Li, I had the xmas effect, no pwr steering, no speedometer... so I didn't want to pay 200 just for someone to tell me the module was the issue. Having recently bought a 2002 RAV4 4wd , The car was having issues shifting from 2nd to 3rd when accelerating normally around 3000 rpm. Doing some online research and reading forums on the issue, I came across this repair shop online. I ordered a refurbished ECM from them, came in about 2 days , installed it and followed the instructions provided in the box. Driving the first few minutes shown a great difference in the shifts from 2nd to 3rd but still had a slight delay. However, about 20-30 minutes later, it shifted like a beauty! Drove it the next day and was still shifting smoothly! I am still planning to ship mine back out to them to receive my $100 core return!
