John M.

Sent an abs module in for a 2003 530i, had a small problem upon return, contacted tech support, sent back in and they corrected it. This is an old part and an old car therefore a lot of things can go wrong. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. The turn around time was fast.

Different module than what I sent out to them. Different hardware numbers and corrosion. Rubber gasket destroyed.

Absolutely under no circumstances should you do business with this company. You will be lied to or scammed or BOTH. I sent an abs module to them in 2018 for repair. Came back to me and worked well for a few years. Had the same problem with the module about a year ago so I sent it back for a "warranty repair". I had to pay another $200 because the failure was not covered by the warranty on the work they performed previously. So much for "lifetime warranty". You'll always end up paying again with this company. Just because they can tell you whatever they want to. Now it's 2024. I filled out their RMA form and sent the same module back a third time for "warranty repair". They tell me it has a failed processor and it can't be repaired. So I paid the return shipping back. What I received back in the mail is absolutely disgusting. They replaced my module with another defective unit they had at their business. The outer case was dirty and disgusting. The sticker from my old module was peeled off and reattached to this junk module they sent me. You can see there they didn't line the sticker up exactly the same way and how the edge had been peeled up. The numbers on the physical hardware on the underside of the module are completely different than the ones in the picture I took of my original module. Parts of the electronics have visible blue corrosion which mine didn't have. I had my initials engraved on my original module and you can see where they tried to forge my initials and then sanded down the plastic to re-try on another spot. I was literally lied to and scammed out of my module. I contacted them via email and of course they're too embarrassed to reply to me. Even though I'm sure they'll just deny everything. Every bad thing you read about this Company and the owner Gino being dishonest is true. If they don't steal from you the first time then it's just a matter of time before they do.

I had two ABS modules repaired here. BMW and a Volvo. They now both work perfect. I'd definitely recommend this place!

From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns, understand what I was looking for, and explain my options without ever making me feel pressured. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, patient, and honest. They clearly explained what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done, and worked with me based on what I actually wanted for my car. At no point did I feel pressured, upsold, or taken advantage of. Everything was very reasonable, and more importantly, I genuinely felt like I could trust what they were telling me. A very special thank you to John. His demeanor and presence made such a difference in the entire experience. He was kind, calm, reassuring, and made what could have been another stressful part of an already upsetting situation feel completely manageable. I truly felt like he understood that I had just been through an accident and treated me with compassion rather than simply treating my car as another repair job. They were able to take care of my car the same day, and I left feeling incredibly grateful that I found them. It is rare to walk into an auto repair shop as a new customer and immediately feel this level of trust and comfort. Sherman Oaks Collision Center has absolutely earned my future business, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring collision center.

The employee, who identified himself as the manager was unapologetic & matter of fact. No empathy whatsoever. I asked if there can be any compensation for the inconvenience, since this was an error on the company's behalf. He responded, as he sat behind the desk tapping away at the computer, that there could be none. He stated that he bore no responsibility, and claimed responsibility lay with corporate , in effect, their inefficiency. As if he the employee and the company were a separate entity. Absurd! I never received any cancellation email or notice. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Yet, my experience may not be your experience. Still, customer service goes a long way in my book.
