They cannot rotate tires as per the owners manual and caused excessive wear on my truck. Ford doesn't even list these guys when searching for dealers so that should tell you all you need to know. Look elsewhere for purchasing and repair.

However, my most recent trip to here was for something far less expensive than a part. I have been trying to get a streak free clean on my windshield. I have been going at it for months and at the informing by a friend, they told me to come here to get a foam spray that does not streak. I honestly did not know that was even an option. I walk in here with hopes that it will be a very quick stop and I could be out in less than five minutes. It was not in the cards for that day. I walked in and went to the area where I thought it would be and felt like I was on Supermarket Sweep frantically looking for an item in front of my face. But I ended up being the contestant that was in the completely wrong area of the store altogether. After browsing the aisles for what felt like forever, an associate came over to me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it. See, I thought that a window cleaner would be near, say, the windshield wipers/wiper fluid section. Nope, not even close. Seeing how that was the only item I needed I followed the associate to the front and let him ring me up. Or at least try. The other thing I hate at automotive parts stores is that they NEED your number to proceed in the system. Well the need for my number ended up crashing the computer...so we had to move to another one to proceed with my transaction. Finally was able to purchase the cleaning solution I needed. But just because I purchased it does not mean that it is still sitting the back of my vehicle waiting to be used.

it is like a nightmare trying to deal with this business, i bought a new 2025 jayco camper and have…read moreneeded warantee work. the service manager ryan is ignorant dealing with customers and knows nothing about campers. i have had several bad experiences with him. when i first picked up camper it had a few problems that needed repaired. he told me they were minor repairs and that i could take camper home and make the repairs myself. my solar panel was not charging my battery and he told me a solar panel was just a sales gimmick and really didn't do anything. i did research on my own and found out that solar panel was never programed to charge my battery ans wasn't working (fixed myself). my recent experience was the second trip for warantee work. the cable that operates the sewer drain valve would not work and i took to have repaired. i waited a couple weeks and then got a call it was repaired. i drove 40 minutes to get the camper, hooked up to it and decided to try sewer cable before leaving. guess what, they installed a new sewer cable (i could see they opened the bottom of the camper) and the cable would still not work. wouldn't you think someone would have tryed to operate it before telling me to pick up. i dread dealing with this place and wish i could get my money back on my purchase. would never buy here again

I am usually not keen on doing this as I am accustomed to going to a local garage that I have used prior. But, like I said, I had a warranty and the work feel under the warranty and I was told to go to a authorized Chevrolet dealership. I have been past here on many occasions, but never even thought twice about looking at this business. I hate car shopping and I am surprised that there are so many dealerships out there. However I was lucky to not have to shop. I called ahead of time to set up my appointment and surprisingly was in for the work within two days. The reason I wasn't in the next day was because I had to wait for the part to be delivered. The check in process was really easy, only a few forms to sign and my car was in for service. The customer service here was top notch. They made sure that I was comfortable before proceeding with my work. Now, you have two options here. You can sit and wait, or you can take a short walk to the nearby plaza and be called when you vehicle is finished. I opted for a little bit of both. I was heading to work after my appointment here so I decided to dash over to the plaza quickly and pick up some snacks for my lunch. I did give my cell number just in case they needed to get in touch with me while I was gone. After my quick trip to the plaza I headed back to the dealership. There is a small waiting area with a row of chairs in front of a television. I believe that there is coffee and water available, I'm not sure as I am not a coffee fan. Another thing to help pass your time while you wait is that they have free Wifi for customers. Once my vehicle was fixed I received a paper copy of the work done, one more signature and I was out the door.

They were unable to diagnose or repair the issue in-house and subsequently sent the vehicle to the nearest dealership. At the time, I was expected to work near Detroit, which became impossible due to the breakdown. I was provided a loaner vehicle--a Chevy Impala with worn tires during winter conditions--despite the possibility that I could be required to drive several hours on short notice. For several days, I received no updates regarding the status or location of my vehicle. After initiating multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told, "I don't know," until I escalated the issue to management. Matt, the manager, was professional and communicative and ultimately confirmed where the vehicle had been sent. I had a safe in the trunk of my vehicle containing valuable items. Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve them because I was unaware of the vehicle's whereabouts. To avoid further delays, I personally contacted the dealership and received clear information within minutes--something Blue Knob had been unable to provide after multiple days. By that point, the condition of the loaner vehicle required new tires for basic safety during a 5-6 hour drive. Once my vehicle was finally repaired, I was still required to wait for Blue Knob to retrieve it before I could do the same. During my visit to the service center, I overheard staff making disrespectful remarks regarding my request for safe tires on the loaner vehicle, among other comments. I was also informed that I should not have contacted the dealership directly and instead should have waited 3-5 business days for updates through Blue Knob. While Blue Knob presents itself as highly corporate and professional, internal communication and customer treatment do not reflect those standards. Clients should be aware that concerns regarding safety and timely communication may be met with dismissal rather than support.
