But then it got to the point where parts were not showing up on days we were told they would received the 1st of March then the 14th of March. Then it was the wrong parts. Then the part was in Indiana in a warehouse but not at the shop then it sat in the shop for a few days ( after waiting for a part for 3months that vehicle should then became top priority) yesterday the part was in and supposed to be fixed, then all the sudden a few hours later they found something else wrong with the jeep. Why didn't they strip the jeep upon arrival and figure out what all need to replaced and make one order. When I call to get answers it's just a revolving door of cluelessness on their behalf. We get told they will look into it and call us back. We only received one call back. Insurance tells us to talk the the shop and the shop tells us to talk to insurance They're are taking so long that we're now paying for a rental out of pocket and the manager says there's nothing they can do about. I will not recommend them as a shop to anyone and I will certainly not do any type of business with them here on out.

Before doing that, asked for a total price estimate with my trade. Valued my trade as scrap. While in this first dealer's parking lot, called Delaney and talked to Ron. While on the phone, he verified the car I wanted was on the lot and I told him I would be there in an hour. When I got there, the car was sitting in front of the building. Talked to Ron, got a reasonable price for my trade and got a few $$ off the price. In less than 2 hours all paperwork completed and I drove away with my new car. Great work by Ron and Noah. Well run dealership.

I should start by saying that Delaney Hyundai is about 75 miles from my house, so contacting them despite at least 10 Hyundai dealers being closer was a matter of finding a particular vehicle, not any favoritism toward the dealership. On Saturday I received an email from Noah Stricker regarding the interest I had submitted for the Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL. I offered MSRP and they accepted it - No BS, no "market adjustment" - a charge in thousands of dollars that dealerships are adding "just because", just "submit the $500 refundable deposit and we can hold it for you while we prepare the paperwork." I put the $500 down, and as this was around closing time on Saturday night, we would finish everything up on Monday. On Monday, Noah put me in touch with the finance manager, one Justin Harper. My experience with finance managers has been mixed, but Justin was exactly what I needed - someone who would find me the lowest interest rate possible, and who, when it came to the dealer add-ons (you know what I mean, those appearance packages, GAP insurance, key and tire insurance, etc etc etc) was thorough enough to identify where any of these packages would be beneficial to me, while not treating me with disdain for refusing any of them. Few things about buying a new car have made me more frustrated than getting to that dealer add-on part and having some schmuck try to condescend to me like I don't know what I'm doing with money. I appreciated Justin for having been awesome throughout that, and for getting me a rate LOWER than the promised rate on the initial offer I had submitted through the web. We worked it out the payments together, I used my amortization calculator in excel to determine the down-payment I wanted to make consistent with the desired monthly payments, he looked at it on his end, agreed, and made it happen. We did all of the paperwork online, and all that was left was getting the vehicle. That's the best part. Noah scheduled DELIVERY of the vehicle for 11:30am the next day, and within 15 minutes of the promised time, he was in my driveway with my new blue 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL, a swell-looking automobile at a great price that I didn't even need to leave my house to get. We verified paperwork, he showed me some of the tech, and a half-hour after he had arrived, he entered the follow vehicle that came with him to drop it off and headed back to Indiana, PA. Without a doubt, this was the best new vehicle purchasing experience EVER. I recommend Delaney Hyundai dealer wholeheartedly; If you were to take my advice, go there, drop my name, and buy a car, I don't even want the money for the referral, I'll donate it to charity. That's how strongly I feel about this dealer's practices, and my hope for you to enjoy a hassle-free purchase experience from start to finish as did I.

I am usually not keen on doing this as I am accustomed to going to a local garage that I have used prior. But, like I said, I had a warranty and the work feel under the warranty and I was told to go to a authorized Chevrolet dealership. I have been past here on many occasions, but never even thought twice about looking at this business. I hate car shopping and I am surprised that there are so many dealerships out there. However I was lucky to not have to shop. I called ahead of time to set up my appointment and surprisingly was in for the work within two days. The reason I wasn't in the next day was because I had to wait for the part to be delivered. The check in process was really easy, only a few forms to sign and my car was in for service. The customer service here was top notch. They made sure that I was comfortable before proceeding with my work. Now, you have two options here. You can sit and wait, or you can take a short walk to the nearby plaza and be called when you vehicle is finished. I opted for a little bit of both. I was heading to work after my appointment here so I decided to dash over to the plaza quickly and pick up some snacks for my lunch. I did give my cell number just in case they needed to get in touch with me while I was gone. After my quick trip to the plaza I headed back to the dealership. There is a small waiting area with a row of chairs in front of a television. I believe that there is coffee and water available, I'm not sure as I am not a coffee fan. Another thing to help pass your time while you wait is that they have free Wifi for customers. Once my vehicle was fixed I received a paper copy of the work done, one more signature and I was out the door.

    For the past several years I have relied on Buds Auto Sales in Shelocta for their excellent…read morecustomer service and reasonably priced vehicles. I returned again this weekend expecting for the same to occur. Unfortunately, my past experience failed to meet the mark for what I have become accustomed to. My last vehicle had recently been totaled in a collision leaving me with a negative equity on my auto loan. I reviewed this with my salesman, Dan, at least three separate occasions prior to purchasing my vehicle. I was assured this would not be an issue. When the moment came to sign for the vehicle, I learned that it was not feasible for the negative equity to be rolled onto the new loan and that I would need to pay the balance in full (a sum off $1000+) as Bud's in Shelocta would not accommodate this situation. I was disheartened to learn this, but trusted that Dan and the finance manager, Jim, were competent in their advice. However, instead of fixing the problem they just flat out lied. As I returned home, I called back to question why this was so. I spoke to the owner of Buds Auto Sales. He tried to make things right with the situation, but failed to miss the mark of my original promise. I contacted Dan the next day after being unable to reach him the day of purchase. He, to my surprise, informed me that he was not aware of the situation of the total loss and negative equity and that there was no way to remedy the situation, which again was a lie. I would not be leaving such a negative review had I not been lead on to believe that they could accommodate my situation and they had been upfront with me from the start. I hate when anyone tries to make me out to look like a fool or a liar. The Shelocta location has lost all respect from me at this point. I will not tolerate being disrespected from anyone especially the way Dan from Shelocta did. Here is an idea, maybe when you make a mistake consider being a stand-up guy and admit to your mistakes or do your job correctly so that things don't happen like this for future customers. Also, instead of rushing through the sell, just hurry up and sign mindset. maybe the financial manager should know his stuff and not check with a untrustworthy car salesman. We are all human we all make mistakes but own your mistakes and treat your customers with respect that is what will keep the customers coming back.

Emailed an inquiry for the same information. No response. Called a second time, had to speak to the owner to get assistance, finally got the price. Called a 3rd time and told them we were interested, but coming from Pittsburgh and needed to confirm that the car was still available and that someone would be able to help us when we arrived in 2 hours. They assured us that it was and there would be. The salesman (Sean) brushed us off when we arrived, told us that the keys were in the vehicle and we could go ahead and take a look at it. We came back in to discuss the purchase of the vehicle and had to wait 20 minutes, because he was the only salesman working and was now with another customer. When he finally walked away from his other customer, he told us that he was sorry, but the woman he was just talking to purchased the vehicle. He was literally negotiating a deal on it WHILE WE WERE IN THE VEHICLE, and didn't bother to tell us - knowing we had driven 2 hours to make this purchase. When we communicated to him how unacceptable that was, he just shrugged and said, "Sorry. She was here first. Have a nice day." No interest in working with us, no attempts to show us anything else. Nothing. As we were leaving, Sean was apparently not happy that we were angry and he sarcastically commented on that by saying, "Nice," to us as we walked out the door. We turned around and said, "Excuse me?!" And asked to speak to the owner. He was just as useless and un-apologetic as his salesman. I would NEVER do business with this company. EVER. Their customer service is horrible, their follow-up is horrible, and I don't know how they ever earn anyone's business. If you're looking for a good car buying experience, look elsewhere.
