However, that was not the case here. I came in with an idea of what I needed and leafed through the pamphlet finding the model I needed. When I couldn't figure out exactly which one I needed, I was waiting for help to come my way, no luck there. They were too busy having a conversation with people that weren't there to buy anything, just to talk. Needless to say, but I walked out without purchasing a thing. Maybe that's why Autozone and a competitor always build so close to one another. You can't get the customer service here, go next door.

They don't even carry 1/2 the parts that Advance Auto Parts have in stock. Want proof ask them for a 2015 GMC Terrain SLE 2.4 L Thermostat. They told me that may be too new of a vehicle. Seriously its 2 years old Advance Auto has them in stock. Save yourself the hassle and go across the street to Advance Auto Parts tell Kevin or Mike Jason sent you.

This Napa store refused to exchange a NAPA warrantied part, today. They said I would have to take…read moreit to the NAPA store where I bought it because this store did not honor the NAPA warranty if the part was purchased at another NAPA. That was a new one to me. The ironic thing was the parts guy where I purchased the part told me it was better to buy a NAPA part because if I had a problem (which I certainly did) there are so many NAPA stores, I would have less trouble exercising the warranty. What a crock. So, when I do need to avail myself of the might of this NATIONAL company, I'm given the bum's rush by NAPA / Key Way Supply. I travel to the four corners of the good ol' USA, so do you think I'm going to buy, say, a NAPA battery in Houston then chance it queefing out in Johnstown just to find out NAPA's warranty doesn't apply here? Is this what they call The Johnstown Mentality or just the mentality of the operator of the Johnstown NAPA? I guess it won't matter because Amazon will be dropping mufflers and brake pads from their drones any day now. Until then, I'd say go to another chain for your auto parts . . . stupid.
