it is like a nightmare trying to deal with this business, i bought a new 2025 jayco camper and have needed warantee work. the service manager ryan is ignorant dealing with customers and knows nothing about campers. i have had several bad experiences with him. when i first picked up camper it had a few problems that needed repaired. he told me they were minor repairs and that i could take camper home and make the repairs myself. my solar panel was not charging my battery and he told me a solar panel was just a sales gimmick and really didn't do anything. i did research on my own and found out that solar panel was never programed to charge my battery ans wasn't working (fixed myself). my recent experience was the second trip for warantee work. the cable that operates the sewer drain valve would not work and i took to have repaired. i waited a couple weeks and then got a call it was repaired. i drove 40 minutes to get the camper, hooked up to it and decided to try sewer cable before leaving. guess what, they installed a new sewer cable (i could see they opened the bottom of the camper) and the cable would still not work. wouldn't you think someone would have tryed to operate it before telling me to pick up. i dread dealing with this place and wish i could get my money back on my purchase. would never buy here again read more

I cannot say enoughabout the service i received at this center. We purchased an airsttream in Arizona and drove across country. (During a heatwave) When we went to Turn on the AC it wouldn't work. I called our dealer who recommendedwe find a dealer along our route for a AC repair. When we arrived everyone in service was out to lunch. (Yes all at the same time) So we waited 45 minutes. When they can back the manager said they were booked two weeks out and didn't have an available technician. But he would take a quick look. We looked at all the bullet points together. All the things I had checked already. He then went for a screwdriver and took off the panel. At once we both saw a connection that came loose perhaps was never snapped in correctly at the factory. He graciously put it all together and didn't charge me a thing. As busy as they were he took the time to help me and my handicap husband. I so appreciate them. Kindness goes along way. read more

Cannot say enough good things about everyone at Ansley's. We decided to purchase our first ever travel trailer and after checking out the selection online we made the decision that they would have something for us. We were limited by the size of our towing veh but with help from the sales department we found the perfect Wolf Pup for us. The service department was more than accommodating and educational when it came to hooking up. They did a thorough walk through of how everything worked, what we needed to check routinely and winterization. Where do I start? First off I told the dealer that I did not have a vehicle yet with which to tow my RV. I had my old RV more or less permanently parked at my campground. I was told this would not be a problem, that they would be able to deliver to my campground and that they would be able to send service technicians there if needed. I was told I was purchasing a brand-new, off the factory floor RV. Fast forward a couple of weeks. I called to ask a few questions about delivery and was told that my RV was ready to go. It was supposed to have taken 8 weeks to be delivered to them from the factory, but I thought maybe I got lucky. I should have double checked. Fast forward 6 weeks, it's now time for delivery and what do I receive? The floor show model that had been sent to several different RV shows and has thousands of people tramp through it. The tape that had held the pricing information was still on the counter top, my bunk house was full of candy wrappers stuffed under the mattresses and I found candy wrappers in the wardrobes of the master bedroom. The electric water heater did not work, the LP valve that was supposed to give me an outdoor kitchen was corroded shut, one of the keys for my pass-through trunk was broken and one of the gray water tanks leaked. Thank goodness it wasn't the black water tank because this is where the 'fun' really begins! Not feeling that it would be fair to all to have this conversation over the phone, I drove two and a half hours to the dealership to speak with my salesman. He seemed quite contrite and explained that there was a communication issue and that he was going to "make this right." He then passed me off to one of the service center employees, never to be heard from again. I was asked to attempt to fix the gray water valve myself, told that the electric heater probably just needed "a swift kick" and that they did not have blanks for the keys in stock. When I expressed my concern about having access to the trunk where all my water hook-ups were, they reluctantly sent a couple technicians to a local lock smith to have two spare keys made. After being unable to fix the leaky tank myself (imagine that!) and still not having an electric water heater, I called the service department to report in and was told that someone would call me that week to set up an appointment. I hope you're sitting down, this is going to take a while. The short-short version is that they hired out a contractor to service my RV. The day he was supposed to show, he didn't. When I called him, he told me that because of the crazy weather lately he was going to have to postpone one day. I told him that wasn't a problem, he told me to expect him at 11 the next morning. 11AM came and went... I tried calling the number I was given and was repeatedly answered by the voicemail. I called Ansley to inform them that their guy wasn't exactly working out. They called back to tell me that he was on his way. He eventually showed up and I won't tell you about his horrible service here because we're concerned about Ansley's handling of the situation. TWO MONTHS LATER: Despite several calls to the contractor AND Ansley, I still had a display model RV, which I had paid FULL PRICE for, and no one could be bothered to fix it. I had to call my RV manufacturer to get Ansley off their tails to do anything. They finally sent two technicians to my campground and within 3 hours, the electric water heater, gray valve and LP gas valve were all working. So I ask you... is this really where you want to buy your RV? Bait-and-switch sales tactics, lackadaisical service and POOR customer care. read more

I can't say enough of good about the place. I waited to write this review till after I got my unit back from service. Sales: no pressure at all. met all my needs as far as demonstrating everything I requested. The transaction was smooth, good financing , unit was ready to go on the date they said. As with any new unit you have all the little things that are wrong that you don't like. The warranty department was FANTASTIC to work with. Emailed pics with all the problems I had, everything was ordered right away. When I took it in for winterizing they did all warranty work at the same time. Gave us weekly updates. Be aware if you are thinking about buying a Winnebago. The warranty requires the camper be washed and waxed every three months for dark colors and every six for other colors. Our two year old camper looks like it is fifteen years old. Winnebago will do nothing to resolve our problem and Ansley would not get involved. read more

I bought my first RV from Ansley and this dealer turned out to be incredible. Very helpful finding the unit that met my needs (a Class A Ace 27) and patiently walked me through how to operate it. And once the sale was closed, the help did not stop. The service department has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable. It is very clear that everyone on the service time has a thorough understanding of RV operations. Every question I had was quickly answered in a way that I could understand. On the road, their service department talked me down off the ledge and helped me work through a problem that I had with the slide out. Fixed in minutes.
