This review is for service only. I brought my car to the service station to be worked on but they were backlogged with other vehicles. I was able to get a hold of the service manager and explain that I was stranded for several days being out-of-town and needed to have my vehicle worked on as soon as possible. The service manager told me to bring my vehicle in and was seen right away. Great customer service and professionalism among the staff and technicians. As far as their sales department, I walked across to test drive a vehicle and speak briefly with their sales folks and manager. Typical sales department, getting down in the trenches and negotiating. I worked with Chris, exceptional sales rep--wasn't trying to work me and very hands off, something you would expect from a higher end dealership such as: BMW, Lexus, Audi, etc. Overall, highly recommend this dealership. read more

I bought a car last summer, this dealer kept your old license plate and told me they would dispose of it. However, I am not receiving speeding tickets in the mail with this plate on a car I have never owned in New York. I have spent hours trying to deal with this. I called and spoke with the manager who said he would call me back after he looked into it, no call back. I would not recommended purchasing here when the manager can not keep his work and call back. read more

I bought a Tuscon on Nov 22 2024. An hour after driving it off the lot the check engine light came on, I took it back in dec to have it checked, they made an appt at blaise alexander to have it fixed . I took it in Jan 2 2025. My car is still not fixed because courtesy service department REFUSES to pay unless blaise gives them a discount. I have now made a complaint with the attorney general and will now be hiring an atty Im a 100% disabled Marine vet and need a car to get to my appts. Thank goodness Blaise gave me a rental to use. I do not reccomend this dealership. i have had the car almost 3 months and over 2 months still in the shop, im making payments on a car i cant drive. read more

Have a 2016 Kia Sorento, the 5th Kia i've owned. The Sorento shut off 4 times on my wife while driving. We had paid for the extended warrenty, so were not worried. We had it towed to Courtesy Kia and were told they were busy, but could look at within a week. We called after a week and it had not even been looked at. Were told Monday it would be looked at. Called Thursday and were told now it would be the middle of Dec until it could be looked at. Spoke to the manager and he said they had 9 cars ahead of us. I know of probably 5 mom and pop garages that turn over more than 9 cars a week. The warrenty they sell is worthless if they cant work on your car in a timely manner. I would not recommend Kia or Courtesy Kia. Kia was once a good car company, if the dealerships are worthless the car is not worth buying. read more

Courtesy Ford always has a good price on new cars. However after buying two new vehicles from them, their warranty service is not good. I had brake rotors that warped after about 18 months with a total of about 9000 miles on the truck. Courtesy said it was just "Father Time" and considered it normal wear and tear and they would not replace them. I had something similar on a Ford Truck purchased at Tri Star Motors and they fixed it under warranty. I would still buy a vehicle at Courtesy but if another dealer matched their price, I would go elsewhere. read more

It was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Between the salesman, service manager and sales manager, I got a complete run around. There was little to no communication between these folks. I drove 2 hours to pick my car up and when I got there, it wasn't ready. Even though I was told the day before it was and the 172 point inspection for the preowned certification was complete. Neither were accurate. While discussing warranty options, we found out it was never certified. Then the next day we were told that it was and that there was just a mix-up of the paperwork. But during the test drive, the vehicle pulled drastically to the right and there was a whistling noise. Turns out the one tire was almost bald and the roof rack was put on backwards! So how in the world was this car ever certified?! I got the report and sure enough, it was signed and dated 9/6/19, with all of these problems! So now what else was missed or reported inaccurately? When the car was finally ready four days later, they did deliver it to me but without confirming that they were. I had to keep calling to find out its status. It was eventually delivered but I still have not heard from my salesman, Sean Fernandes. I would have thought he'd have reached out to let me know it was on it's way, or perhaps after it was delivered, to make sure all was well. Nothing! These folks made me feel like I was an inconvenience, when in reality, I was simply forcing them to honor the agreement we made. Ford Motor Company will be notified of this substandard dealership and its poor customer service! I must mention though that the business manager, Kelly Gummo, was absolutely awesome. She was very patient, thorough and knew her job very well. read more

I will NEVER buy another car here again. I bought a brand new 2015 Ford Fusion in May of 2015. It is the first brand new car I had purchased in more than 25 years because the first brand new car I purchased was nothing but issues for me. Well, here we are again. The car has just 16,000 miles on it and has had the battery and the alternator replaced due to the car not starting. This is the 4th time it's been to the dealership for this issue. It has happened to me on about 7 different occasions, however, but I simply put the car on a trickle charger and go about my business because I don't have time for playing this game of not having a car that I paid a lot of money for. The service department is lackluster, at best. The only shining light in the whole mess is Scott at the service desk. I don't care if he tells me a bunch of lies (which I honestly don't think he is), because of HOW he treats me. He is ALWAYS apologetic and explains things in detail. He does not treat me like a stupid girl (I can do more on a car than a great deal of men, so this is kind of important to me.) Because of how Scott treats me is the ONLY reason for the 2 stars, otherwise, it would only be one star. I did the research myself about this issue. It turns out that there are THOUSANDS of people with the same issue. I'm not sure why it was so hard for them to do the same work that I did. I gave them a list of what they need to do before I will take my car back. My husband bought a 2016 Ford F-150 and there are other issues there, but only with the sales and office staff, not the truck. There seems to be a theme here..... Now, let me tell you about the sales area.....the manager, Bob Bradley, is a complete jerk. I'm pretty sure if you smile at people and don't look out into space like you don't give a crap when they talk to you, you may not have people screaming at you all day. The "girls at the counter" are also pretty rude. For example, I was getting a loaner car yesterday due to all my trouble with my car, and none of the 3 there could manage to make eye contact, let alone smile at me. You would think that when they already know that someone has been through so much and is already angry, that they would go out of their way to make sure to treat them with kid gloves. Not this place. So I get in the car that they gave me to use, it smells like an ashtray. I drive the 3 blocks home and set up my phone in order to be able to stream my music and use the phone safely with hands free Bluetooth. No volume is available. So I check the radio for normal radio stations, nothing. I drive back down, let them know this and they ACT LIKE IT'S MY FAULT!!!! So, I end up more upset than I already am and leave before I say something that they are going to regret. I'm using a Bluetooth speaker for music and talking while I have this piece of junk. I also have a headache from the smoke and ash smell. I will soon be trading this car in for a Subaru. I love the Fusion, just not all the issues that I've had with it. Besides the not starting issue, I've had to have a headlight replaced because it looked like a swimming pool in there and the taillights fog up regularly, but I'm told that there is not a problem with them????? I bought my Kia here in 2013. The service department is awesome. I have total faith in the service. Scott is my service advisor and he is honest and an awesome person. For the first time I actually feel that I can get service done without being milked dry by a dealership. Free wifi and coffee/water help me to pass the time. I will continue to use the service department even after my warranty expires. And my next vehicle, whenever I decide to purchase again, will be from here. read more
