In the end, the car ended up having really poorly applied PPF, which had been glued in many places to stick it back down, end of life tires, end of life brakes, damage to the tire carrier cover, etc When I agreed to buy the car and have those things taken care of, at their expense of course, they agreed in the moment, but never came through with their promises. I waited months and months, was given the run around, excuses, lies, never received any compensation for anything and am still waiting to this day. I would NEVER buy a car from this location ever, even if it was free. That's how awful this place is and I highly, hell desperately, suggest you go elsewhere for your vehicle purchase. it is like a nightmare trying to deal with this business, i bought a new 2025 jayco camper and have…read moreneeded warantee work. the service manager ryan is ignorant dealing with customers and knows nothing about campers. i have had several bad experiences with him. when i first picked up camper it had a few problems that needed repaired. he told me they were minor repairs and that i could take camper home and make the repairs myself. my solar panel was not charging my battery and he told me a solar panel was just a sales gimmick and really didn't do anything. i did research on my own and found out that solar panel was never programed to charge my battery ans wasn't working (fixed myself). my recent experience was the second trip for warantee work. the cable that operates the sewer drain valve would not work and i took to have repaired. i waited a couple weeks and then got a call it was repaired. i drove 40 minutes to get the camper, hooked up to it and decided to try sewer cable before leaving. guess what, they installed a new sewer cable (i could see they opened the bottom of the camper) and the cable would still not work. wouldn't you think someone would have tryed to operate it before telling me to pick up. i dread dealing with this place and wish i could get my money back on my purchase. would never buy here again

DO NOT GO HERE. The mechanics themselves just want to do their jobs, but the manager dude (I guess…read morehis name is Josh?) is shady asf and talks down to women. Nick had previously resealed the transmission pan on my Subaru (it was leaking before when I had tried to seal it myself with an anaerobic sealant). So he fixed it, but it started leaking again. It's a known flawed design from Subaru (the pan doesn't use a gasket but just mates metal to metal) and so it's a common issue with subarus. Anyway, Josh tried to gaslight me and tell me that the leak was actually coming from the output shaft seal because "the wind was pushing the oil leak down and making it look like the pan was leaking." In reality, he just didn't want to redo the repair because it would cost him time x money on his own dime + expensive CVT fluid. He thought he could just gaslight me about what was happening as a solo female and I'd just pay up. Well, I didn't take his bs bait. This is exactly why I started doing my own repairs on my car because you can't trust these dudes. At the very least, Josh could've tried to work with me instead of starting an argument, like say "I can see why you'd think that and we can repair xyz at discounted rate and if the transmission pan is still leaking then we'll replace that on the house." You're not very good with zero customer service skills.
