The mechanic who serviced my machine, prior to me taking it home, answered my questions and patiently showed me again how to run it. I took my car here to have a front end alignment about a month ago and I thought all was fine. 2…read moreweeks ago I started hearing a loud noise so I took it to my regular mechanic and here I come to find out reliable towing did NOT tighten up the lug nuts in my wheel. here i have been driving around with this and I could have had my wheel come off and I would have been in a horrible accident all because they didn't take the time to tighten up the lug nuts. Don't go here for any reason
