However the actual service technicians are horrible. When I say horrible I mean it. I was in for an awning fix and an inspection.. they when thru all the appliances to make sure they all worked which I asked them to do and paid for it however everything they touched they either broke or left it opened for me to finish the job. One thing that pissed time off was that they stole or lost one of my solid step pins and replaced it with a lesser quality one. They went thru my fuses and broke the fuse box cover, then just left it broken, didn't even care to replace it. Just careless technicians.... They removed the old inspection decal with a screw driver instead of a razor.... so it gave me a bunch of scratches on the tongue of the trailer I had to spray paint it to avoid rust, they took off the fridge access panel and left the drain IN THE COMPARTMENT instead of it draining outside, So if I wouldn't have noticed it I would have had water damage. In the outdoor fridge compartment.... Who does that !? They went thru the furnace and left the cover lose I guess for me to tighten the screws up myself ? Honestly this place was supposed to be one of the best in town and again the front end and Robert is very nice along with Josh. But you guys have crap technicians. I wouldn't trust your crew to touch my rig again. NO WAY. You cannot treat peoples property like this.

Stated the owner Dale and himself stood in the shower and ran water for over an hour and no leak could be found, we pull the camper home ( 2 hours away) I hop in the shower to test, 3 minutes later water leaking from underneath the base The EXACT issue we took our camper up there for. So thanks for nothing Dale Smith & Ricky we're now stuck with trying to fix our leaking shower that you swore you fixed. Save yourself a headache and stress and buy elsewhere .

it is like a nightmare trying to deal with this business, i bought a new 2025 jayco camper and have…read moreneeded warantee work. the service manager ryan is ignorant dealing with customers and knows nothing about campers. i have had several bad experiences with him. when i first picked up camper it had a few problems that needed repaired. he told me they were minor repairs and that i could take camper home and make the repairs myself. my solar panel was not charging my battery and he told me a solar panel was just a sales gimmick and really didn't do anything. i did research on my own and found out that solar panel was never programed to charge my battery ans wasn't working (fixed myself). my recent experience was the second trip for warantee work. the cable that operates the sewer drain valve would not work and i took to have repaired. i waited a couple weeks and then got a call it was repaired. i drove 40 minutes to get the camper, hooked up to it and decided to try sewer cable before leaving. guess what, they installed a new sewer cable (i could see they opened the bottom of the camper) and the cable would still not work. wouldn't you think someone would have tryed to operate it before telling me to pick up. i dread dealing with this place and wish i could get my money back on my purchase. would never buy here again
