The mega camper dealers are notorious for add on markups to the stated price. Often these add on charges are in the thousands of dollars. Basically, the stated price is worthless. This was not my experience at Bill's. The price quoted was the price paid. The service experience I had at Bill's was exceptional. We picked up the camper and went on a week long "shake down" trip. True to form, we had a problem with the camper. We were camping about four hours drive from Bill's. I expected to hear "bring it back, leave it here and we will get back to you". With Bill's, I could not have been more wrong. The experience I had was that the service team tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. When that did not work, they found and sent a service tech to the campground where we were staying. That service tech could not locate the problem and Bill's suggested we stop by on the way home to let them try to fix it. When I arrived at Bill's, the service team immediately engaged the problem and spent hours getting it right. I was completely blown away. I took a stack of business cards and handed them out at the next campground. While I was waiting, there was a string of people coming into this dealership who obviously thought highly of Bill and the team. I am now one of them.

We met with Justin toward the end of winter- he was great, we got our camper around the end of April and dealt with Ricky the GM of Dale Smith, he was great when we were signing the papers for the sale -fast forward a few weeks and our issues start- the biggest one is a leaking shower , long story short we took it up there for service , lost 2 weeks of camping, Ricky promised us it was fixed ! Stated the owner Dale and himself stood in the shower and ran water for over an hour and no leak could be found, we pull the camper home ( 2 hours away) I hop in the shower to test, 3 minutes later water leaking from underneath the base The EXACT issue we took our camper up there for. So thanks for nothing Dale Smith & Ricky we're now stuck with trying to fix our leaking shower that you swore you fixed. Save yourself a headache and stress and buy elsewhere .

it is like a nightmare trying to deal with this business, i bought a new 2025 jayco camper and have…read moreneeded warantee work. the service manager ryan is ignorant dealing with customers and knows nothing about campers. i have had several bad experiences with him. when i first picked up camper it had a few problems that needed repaired. he told me they were minor repairs and that i could take camper home and make the repairs myself. my solar panel was not charging my battery and he told me a solar panel was just a sales gimmick and really didn't do anything. i did research on my own and found out that solar panel was never programed to charge my battery ans wasn't working (fixed myself). my recent experience was the second trip for warantee work. the cable that operates the sewer drain valve would not work and i took to have repaired. i waited a couple weeks and then got a call it was repaired. i drove 40 minutes to get the camper, hooked up to it and decided to try sewer cable before leaving. guess what, they installed a new sewer cable (i could see they opened the bottom of the camper) and the cable would still not work. wouldn't you think someone would have tryed to operate it before telling me to pick up. i dread dealing with this place and wish i could get my money back on my purchase. would never buy here again
