Let me start by saying the front end of the service department was very helpful and accommodating,…read morethey are pleasant and were able to squeeze me in service they were receptive to my every question and very understanding. However the actual service technicians are horrible. When I say horrible I mean it. I was in for an awning fix and an inspection.. they when thru all the appliances to make sure they all worked which I asked them to do and paid for it however everything they touched they either broke or left it opened for me to finish the job. One thing that pissed time off was that they stole or lost one of my solid step pins and replaced it with a lesser quality one. They went thru my fuses and broke the fuse box cover, then just left it broken, didn't even care to replace it. Just careless technicians.... They removed the old inspection decal with a screw driver instead of a razor.... so it gave me a bunch of scratches on the tongue of the trailer I had to spray paint it to avoid rust, they took off the fridge access panel and left the drain IN THE COMPARTMENT instead of it draining outside, So if I wouldn't have noticed it I would have had water damage. In the outdoor fridge compartment.... Who does that !? They went thru the furnace and left the cover lose I guess for me to tighten the screws up myself ? Honestly this place was supposed to be one of the best in town and again the front end and Robert is very nice along with Josh. But you guys have crap technicians. I wouldn't trust your crew to touch my rig again. NO WAY. You cannot treat peoples property like this.

I recently purchased a used Travel Trailer from the Bloomsburg location to be used as my temporary…read moreresidence. Once set in place, I turned on the furnace as it is winter in PA. I returned 4 hours later and the furnace no longer worked. When I contacted the dealer and asked what I should do, I was told they would get back to me. Being a fairly competent individual, I removed the only access cover and found hand fulls of chewed nuts and insulation particles that seemed to have been there for quite some time. I again called the dealer and asked if there were any known issues with the furnace to which they replied, yes, but we repaired the issues prior to my arrival to pick up. I asked then why they didn't even attempt to vacuum up all of the debris inside the furnace housing, to which the reply was I don't know. I had to remove the furnace and completely clean out the inside of it from all of the debris. Upon reinstallation, the furnace worked fine. The next issue was when I connected outside water to the system. I flushed out the winterization from the lines and upon further inspection, every single connection inside the camper was leaking! Again, I called the dealer and have yet to hear anything from them. The final inspection sheet stated specifically the furnace was operational and inspected, and the water system was tested, inspected, and had no leaks! I will never return to either facility for any future investments and will pass along this poor service after the sale to anyone interested.

Having owned two motor homes over the last 30 years, a class 'C' and a class 'A', we decided to…read morepurchase a new Minnie Winnie 31G in May of 2017 at Susquehanna RV in Bloomsburg, PA which is about 4 miles from our house. This dealership sells mostly travel trailers and 5th wheels and does no chassis work on motor homes. The sales people were OK but told us the in dash radio was blue tooth capable, which we found out after the sale it wasn't. The service department is a different story. The day we purchased the motor home the service guy was showing us how to light the stove and when it wouldn't light he said that the valve at the LP tank was isolated. He said he had it open earlier but closed it off again? After taking it home we decided to turn on the furnace since it was a little chilly outside. When I opened the valve at the LP tank I discovered the regulator had a large gas leak. Also on that same day the service man was mopping up water with a large 'shop' mop in the bathroom area and said he was just cleaning. It was odd because no other 'cleaning' was done to the motor home. As we began using the motor home water kept showing up on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom and dripping from a compartment outside. We took it back to the dealer 2 times for the leakage and both times they said they couldn't find anything. They even suggested that maybe my family should be a little more careful when showering, etc. Several months later the bathroom vanity and nightstand in the bedroom started to show signs of swelling of the wood and the flooring in the bedroom began to feel 'spongy' due to water damage. I investigated and found a cross threaded fitting under the bedroom nightstand that had been leaking all this time. We were in California so I managed to put a container under the leak which had to be emptied 3 times a day until we got home. I had also found water behind the toilet (which is raised on a pedestal) from a separate leak that they also said they also could not find. The Dinette leg foot was not centered when it was screwed to the floor at the factory. Moving the foot would leave 2 holes in the linoleum which the dealer said he would not do to a customer without fixing it right and replacing the linoleum. In the end they simply moved it and left 2 holes in the floor after they said they wouldn't do that. The coach door was very difficult to open/close. Even after being worked on there is still daylight coming through the frame. They left the frame bent and unsealed and required me to clean up sealant after being worked on and it still did not open/close like it should. Other problems with the motor home...... 1. Stain on ceiling near front of overhead. 2. LP tank level sender was not hooked up. 3. Caulking not applied to kitchen sink splash guard and other areas around sink. 4. Window latches were loose on several windows and one roof vent. 5. Drawer under kitchen sink had a broken latch and bearings missing from the slide mechanism making it very difficult to open/close. The dealer replaced the latch but I had to fix the slide mechanism after the dealer failed to. 6. Screw missing from header in bedroom. Dealer was told about it 3 times when it was in for service but never fixed it. 7. TV remote was missing. 8. Outside TV had a scratch on the screen. 9. Outside refrigerator was missing a rubber foot. Dealer simply placed a piece of material under it, not the foot, and it still wobbles. 10. Left front hydraulic jack leaks fluid. 11. Molding/latch retainer loose on bedroom sliding door. 12. Rear spring suspension helper 'balloons' never pressurized. 13. Slide out canopy retainers not positioned correctly. 14. The coach door did not have a hold open latch retainer as all other RV's/Trailers have installed. 15. Gap in seam above upper bunk. 16. Hydraulic leveling jacks don't work. Panel does not light up. 17. TV above dinette picture goes out while viewing. Sound still works but no picture on display. Turning the TV off and back on restores the picture temporarily. 18. Panel above frig, left side, is loose. How did all these items get past Quality Control at the factory and the dealership and get passed on to the customer on a new motor home? Three times we had the motor home back for service at Susquehanna RV for several days at a time (one time over a week) and it was returned to us with items untouched. Susquehanna RV did fix some of the simpler items but I was surprised to find that many things wrong on a brand new RV. I have also learned the service department is supposed to give the customer a detailed description of work performed which Susquehanna RV never did.

Yall ran it one from your end then sent it out to the highest interest rate place so Danielle could get a kick back at 15.9% and she really didn't wanna check anyplace else but we pushed a bit then check one other place after my wife gave her pay stub info then didn't hear back. So we called and had to leave a message for Danielle and still took days to hear back after we said stop we are done. When Danielle called back after almost a week total she said I know you said you were done why we said not paying that intrest rate of 15.9%. Danielle said I got another offer but if your done then I'll mail your deposit back. We talked the the sales man he told us what the other offer was and it 9.9% rate. He the said we will work something up for you and get back to you on Monday morning. I waited till just after lunch and nothing so I messaged the salesman and asked what was up he told me boss man was gonna call me shortly. This is now Wednesday evening and sill no call. 1 1/2 weeks and we checked at another place and did fined a little better %. I have talked to a number of people and have found similar things pertaining to the intrest and timeliness of the office staff a problem. This place needs to fix things as it did cost you 3 campers at the fair and 2 more after the fair. I hope to make that number bigger every day. Thank you for your time. I look forward to helping other RV stores get your customers.
