The mega camper dealers are notorious for add on markups to the stated price. Often these add on charges are in the thousands of dollars. Basically, the stated price is worthless. This was not my experience at Bill's. The price quoted was the price paid. The service experience I had at Bill's was exceptional. We picked up the camper and went on a week long "shake down" trip. True to form, we had a problem with the camper. We were camping about four hours drive from Bill's. I expected to hear "bring it back, leave it here and we will get back to you". With Bill's, I could not have been more wrong. The experience I had was that the service team tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. When that did not work, they found and sent a service tech to the campground where we were staying. That service tech could not locate the problem and Bill's suggested we stop by on the way home to let them try to fix it. When I arrived at Bill's, the service team immediately engaged the problem and spent hours getting it right. I was completely blown away. I took a stack of business cards and handed them out at the next campground. While I was waiting, there was a string of people coming into this dealership who obviously thought highly of Bill and the team. I am now one of them.

The company that installed the cap is doing everything that can to correct the problem and they are dealing with leer. They have tried 5 different wiring harness that is suggested by leer and still having same problem. Left signal light blinks very rapidly and it's very annoying !!! I'm not happy with all of the wire splicing going on. Said cap was installed with 500 miles on a new truck now I have 4000 miles with same problem!!
