I got locked out of my apartment and called the property management's help number to get someone to…read morelet me back in. The help number was completely useless and told me they can't help with lockouts on weekends. I got in touch with Bob, who responded within 10 minutes on a Saturday morning. I sent a photo of the lock to Bob and he was able to identify it as a high security lock that would not be openable without major damage to it. Bob went out of his way to contact apartment management through multiple phone calls, and got someone with a master key to help me out.
