They called me Tuesday said van was ready I picked up on Friday. The first bill was over $900 and the second bill over $300 for a fuel pump and switch, first of all obviously the van wasn't fixed correctly the first time and then charge us a lot the second time. About a month or two prior to this I had seen them for a recall and an 02 sensor. I had no issues however, back in December when this was going on. I took my vehicle to them and they told me he was going to need a new engine (used or new) they told me they found metal in the oil. I was completely shocked because the 2.5 engines are some of the best ever made by VW. So I picked my car up and I took it to another garage for a second opinion, on the way there the car drove completely normal. It turns out that it did not need a new engine, and they were shocked how Metzers could have even came to that conclusion. This garage said " they have to be corrupt" in regards to Metzers diagnostic. I will never ever step foot in this establishment nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them.
