Of course it didn't fit, so they got a compressor that DID fit, and got it on and ready to go in TWO DAYS. It ended up costing about the same as it would've if I had just taken it there to begin with. I have returned the online purchased compressor and am waiting for a refund. Ten days ago, I asked Becky for a quote on Toyos for my motorhome and was given two models to choose from. When I researched them, I discovered one model wouldn't support the weight of my motorhome. So I ordered the one that could handle the weight. I was told these weren't in stock. I said I needed them installed in November prior to a long trip and was told that wouldn't be a problem. Today, I called to get an ETA on the delivery of the tires. Becky thought she was waiting on a call back from me prior to ordering. She checked her records and said no order was placed, she would have to check the databases of two outside vendors, and she would call me back. I confirmed that she had the correct model #. I was on the phone when Becky called back and left a voicemail wanting to confirm what I wanted before ordering. I called her back and said the confusion was too unsettling for me and to cancel my order.

They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. My vehicle had PPF, and after the detail, areas of the protection were missing and the paint underneath was peeling/damaged. On top of the paint issue, the interior detailing was also disappointing. The seats were not cleaned properly, which made me question the overall quality and attention to detail of the service. I trusted this company with my vehicle and expected it to be returned in better condition, not with damage and areas that were not properly cleaned. Priority Towing showed up and immediately changed the tone of the entire situation. The driver not only got our 4Runner safely loaded, but also drove all four of us to Stein's Auto Shop, waited patiently while we dropped the truck off, and then took us to a nearby hotel that allowed dogs. That alone was far beyond what we expected. What really stood out, though, was the humanity. Along the drive, we learned he had just gotten engaged to his girlfriend the night before. We ended up having a long, genuine conversation in the cab--exactly what we needed after believing we might be stranded in the small town of Jackson for a while. With work obligations and responsibilities waiting back home in San Francisco, the stress was high, and that calm, friendly presence made a real difference. Our dog is a relatively new rescue and was pretty shaken by everything. He was patient, kind, and understanding throughout, which meant a lot more than he probably realized.
