Drove straight from the dealership to O'reilly this morning (who wanted to charge me like $250 for…read morea battery). I was helped right away by a man named John. John was incredibly helpful! He lent me his wrench when I realized I forgot mine. He also helped me with making sure the new battery was put in correctly. He was so helpful without making me feel dumb for such an easy task. Will definitely stop by next time I need parts. :)

I had normal and friendly interactions with most of the staff here. Except mark. Mark is an elderly employee who seems to think he's a mechanic. After I was sold a faulty remanufactured alternator (happens wasn't too worried) I went to return it. And settled on getting a brand new one to save some hassle, well the expert Mark sold me another faulty alternator. So after having already spent time and money to uber myself back up there to return and replace it once again. Mark decides and I quote "it's your car not our product, I don't feel right selling YOU another product if you're just going to return it" so after a brief but respectful argument and his coworker Maria stepping in to mediate. I let mark know his job is to sell car parts. Not play diagnoses hero. And end up buying a brand new one out of pocket again because mark refused to refund the faulty product he sold me and also refused to get a manager. I ended up taking the part and vehicle to Universal Auto Mechanics shop and they kindly let me know it was yet another bad product. Luckily they decided to just sell me a new alternator directly and I returned marks faulty product again to the store manager. I have receipts with dates and times and marks name on it, he was rude and slightly racist. As much as I'd like to get an apology getting mark investigated and or fired is fine by me as well. Great job everyone else, mark I hope you lose your job. You're a poor excuse of a retail worker who likely should've quit long ago

This place is awesome. Every single human in this location is knowledgeable and helpful. I came in…read morewith a motorcycle hitch carrier that was designed for a 2" receiver. I bought a new truck with a 2 1/2" receiver. Even with the reducer, the play in the motorcycle carrier was unusable. They grinded down the ubolt stabilizer so it would properly fit my receiver. It improved the situation about 50% Then Brian told me about a product that could possibly remedy my dilemma.. He warned me it was a bit pricey but we had nothing to lose to try it out to see if it would work....and I'll be damned....worked like a charm. It was expensive, but not as much as buying a new motorcycle carrier. I wish all companies still operated like these guys. (If they did the world wold be a much better place). If you get to speak with Brian you will be in great hands!

Also, the cpo warranty was included which is another $2k. Was told it was comprehensive and bumper to bumper. That was a lie. Also, a day after purchase, a faulty air dam notification came on. That's not covered either. So much for that 138 point inspection they do on used vehicles. You would think they might think to check the vehicle's battery power during that. Nope. When I called up there, didn't get the service department. Spoke to some arrogant sales person who just wanted to make excuses and not own up to their responsibilities of checking vehicles properly. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.
