So we give them good ratings. And they're not too far from Chinatown and some of the places we eat, so very convenient. I bought a new truck with a 2 1/2" receiver. Even with the reducer, the play in the motorcycle carrier was unusable. They grinded down the ubolt stabilizer so it would properly fit my receiver. It improved the situation about 50% Then Brian told me about a product that could possibly remedy my dilemma.. He warned me it was a bit pricey but we had nothing to lose to try it out to see if it would work....and I'll be damned....worked like a charm. It was expensive, but not as much as buying a new motorcycle carrier. I wish all companies still operated like these guys. (If they did the world wold be a much better place). When I called up there, didn't get the service department. Spoke to some arrogant sales person who just wanted to make excuses and not own up to their responsibilities of checking vehicles properly.
