Edward went above and beyond to check out a battery issue I was having. The negative link cable was loose so I went in to buy shims but after Edward looked it over he just tried loosening the clamp and re tightening which was the issue all along. They both tried to jump my car with no success and then proceeded to go above and beyond by installing a brand new battery in my vehicle which was easier said than done as it was difficult to access just by popping the hood. I'm going to give a shout out to the women employees at this location. There were men employees there but they seemed to be hiding bc they didn't acknowledge me when I came in and it was the women that I saw running around doing all of the work. I needed a battery and Gaby replaced it for me bc the dude who usually replaces batteries was out somewhere. Thank GOODNESS Gaby was there. She was very helpful in letting me know what was going on around my battery and gave me info on what I needed to fix and prevent any future issues. Michelle was also very helpful (employee working behind the counter) in terms of getting ppl in and out the door, she also came out and helped get my warranty on my battery fixed bc I initially was given the wrong battery until Gaby pointed it out. This is my favorite Autozone location Offers the best value, warranties and the customer service is exceptional. Juan really went above and beyond and represented the Autozone brand very well. Juan checked the battery on my Maxima and discovered it was no good. He recommended a great durlast gold battery that comes with a 3 year warranty. Despite it being a 100 degrees outside Juan quickly and happily installed my new battery. This is what customer service is all about. Come to this Autozone for all of your car's needs. Most recently staff member Juan went above and beyond to help me when I pulled in and we discovered my alternator belt had vanished. Only one star because zero was not an option. TERRIBLE experience there yesterday afternoon when trying to use an AutoZone specific and valid coupon to purchase a 303 Appearance care product. The product was list priced for $14.99 with no sale price indicated at the rack. The valid and completely applicable coupon is for $5.00 off. The counter reps told me that the product was 'on sale' per the system for $2.00 off, so that was the best discount that they could provide to me. I suggested that I was perfectly willing to pay the list price LESS the coupon ($5.00). They told me that this was not possible. This response was obviously completely incorrect and they agreed. I then asked to speak with a manager. I tried calling 2 levels of management from the placard that they pointed to on the door. Left messages 2x. No return phone yet, now over 24 hours later. AutoZone's policy in this regard with THEIR OWN COUPON (not a third party coupon) is probably breaking the law. I urge anyone reading this to AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH AUTOZONE.
