After reviewing the situation, Toyota initially determined that the repairs would not be covered. While I accepted the decision, I expressed my disappointment that the wheels on a truck I purchased for nearly $90,000 were already showing significant wear after less than two years. Rather than simply delivering the bad news and moving on, Ben took it upon himself to explore every possible option. He contacted multiple wheel contractors, discussed the situation with his management team, and even reached out to Toyota on my behalf. He genuinely cared about finding a solution and never stopped advocating for me throughout the process. In total, I paid more than $400 just to have my fuses replaced. What's worse: the next day the headlights were not working. This time I took my Toyota Corolla LE to a trusted mechanic. He showed me that two fuses needed for the headlights relay were missing. He also showed me that simply pressing a button above the window controls would unlock all windows and that I had not needed new fuses at all. I went into Fitzgerald Subaru since my son had previously bought a car from them. As I entered the dealership, I was asked what kind of a car I was driving. I told them I drove an Acura and they sent me over to the Genesis side of the dealership. I did look at the Genesis, which was very nice, but on my way out I decided to stop back in and test drive a Subaru Outback. I went for a test drive and really liked the car. When, the sales manager asked how the test drive went, I said that I liked it, a lot more, than I expected too. I sat down with the salesman, who preceded to tell me that they don't make deals on the Outback, the sticker price is what you get. I was a little turned off by that attitude, but at the time, they were having a great discount on the loan interest level, so that made it a very attractive deal. Here is where things got crazy, I came back the next day,to try the car that I liked a lot, one more time. I am telling you, the very next day...and the car was blocked in by a row of new cars, that had just been delivered. My salesman told me, come back tomorrow and we can test drive it then. I said, "What if the car sells in that time?"The salesman Should have told me to put a deposit on the car and then, it can't be sold." But, Instead he said,"Those Cars Don't Sell That Quickly!" Well, I guess you can predict what happened next, the car sold! And, the salesman didn't even have the honesty to tell me. He just brings out another version of the car. When I asked him, " Where is the car I liked?" He finally admits, it sold. Well, I asked to speak with the manager. So, the manager, says they can get another blue car for me and asks me to come back the next day to meet with him. This was my 4th trip there (in the same week). I arrive the next day to meet with the manager about this whole mess and the manager, couldn't see me, because he was tied up in meetings. Seriously! To their credit, they did transfer another model and color of the car to this location. But, I could never get the seat in a comfortable seat position and I didn't buy the car. But, you should know and be aware of all the miscommunication, mess ups, and just plain lack of knowledge that I experienced at this dealership.

I was told they were going to put the new tires that I bought from them as my *front 2 tires* When I got home (I live 8 mins away from that place) my dashboard was alerting me that my tire pressure was dropping. I realize my *front passenger tire* air was deflating, it had a nail in it so I went back to address the problem. I was told they didn't have another tire to give me but could give me a discount of $15 and patch the front passenger tire (the tire I bought from them) I then stated I did not pay to get a patched tire (for that I could of had them patch my own tires versus replacing them) which would have cost me $25 to patch. I bought each tire for $75 each!! They said they could put my old tire back on since they did not have one to replace it. I told them to give me a second to figure out what I was going to decide (2 mins later) they magically found a tire to replace the one they had sold me. I leave once again and 20 mins later my *passenger front tire* was airing out slowly, I took it somewhere else and to my surprise it had a nail in it too!!! Coincidence I think not!
