They kept my vehicle--and kept me in a brand-new loaner--until the issue was fully resolved. It took several months, including a master service call directly to German engineers. Throughout the entire process, communication was stellar. I received regular updates, had a long, reassuring conversation with the Service Director, and was even invited to talk through the mechanics directly with the technician working on my car. Because the diagnosis was so complex, they made some initial missteps--and rather than passing those costs on to me, they absorbed them entirely. They also claimed they "could not find the previous order." The technician attempted to deflect blame and claim the issue wasn't caused by him. However, he verbally confirmed that he was the technician who rotated the back tire to the front left and installed a new tire on the back--which directly ties them to the improper installation and missed safety inspection in the first place. I have NO idea what these numbers indicate but I guess he found out my car used H11 so I truly have no idea what the other numbers were for. His coworker then took a look at it and said they didn't have it. Maybe there was some miscommunication because I was not looking for that EXACT brand and or fog light. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Easy to walk in and overhear an in-depth conversation about some arcane subject, and get sucked in and lose a good half hour. Only downsides are the disorganized layout, the very dim lighting, and the usual auto-parts-store layer of grime over everything. It's hard to get anything with ending up with black marks on your fingers. But what do you expect when mechanics fresh out of the garage are shopping alongside you?
