After going to Autozone in Rockville (the one that now is in the space of Patio.com)…read more.. I was in search of Windshield Washer Fluid. My car was completely out. Guess why? #ThanksCicadas So I went to Autozone in Rockville and they were completely 100 percent cleared out. Then I called Autozone in Gaithersburg. They said they had some available. So I show up and realize... oops... I went to Advanced Auto Parts hahaha. Turns out, I'm not sure where the Autozone is in Gaithersburg. But while I was there I figured I might as well check if Advanced Auto Parts has some. Guess what? They did! It was right in front at the front door. There was a bunch of large orange bottles that said they were great for bug residue. Perfect! And it was on sale! 2 jugs for 6. So I take two jugs and I'm walking around and this is where the experience got 5 stars. One of the workers noticed that I had taken two of the orange and informed me that the sale was actually only on the green version. Oh! And I didn't happen to see any green at the front. She said, "Would you like me to get the green for you?" And I said, "Oh you have more in the back" And she was like "yeah I think I do" and I said, "Is it good for bugs" And she said "Yep! It's good for bugs" So she goes back and grabs me two big green jugs and rings me up. Now that's service. She knew exactly why I had taken two jugs and took the initiative to let me know that I had actually made a mistake ( probably a bit of a common one), and she helped me correct it. 5 stars! Now my Windshield Washer Fluid is FULL FULL with reserves a plenty in my car to make it through this cicada nightmare. The green fluid is good, but apparently some of the cicadas that hit my windshield on the highway and had residue baked on for a few days needed a bit of elbow grease in addition to the window washing. Sorry Autozone Gaithersburg. And Thank you Advanced Auto Parts Gaithersburg!

However the next day the store manager refused to return my part. Once I showed my sales receipt to the sales associate on duty, she remained understanding and professional and completed my exchange. While waiting for the completion of my transaction, the manager continued to talk loudly and in a condescending and unprofessional tone. I'm thankful for the sales associate who helped and was very professional. Unfortunately I will not be shopping at this Advance Auto Parts store anymore.

He greeted me right away when he noticed me waiting after he helped someone else who went in once he came from the back, he actually listened, and gave helpful advice about why my car might not be starting even though my battery was fine(he did the test for me). They even helped me make a better decision as to what add-ons I should get for the cap. This was about a couple week process and the person that was e-mailing me back always replied promptly and professionally. I was quoted a very accurate time on when it'd be getting into their shop and I was able to set up an appointment to get it installed not much later. The install took very fast and the person that I assumed to be the manager/owner also showed me how all the extra bells and whistles that I had added on worked. Overall, I'm super satisfied with my Leer and this business. I'd highly recommend Cap World to anybody out there looking to get not only a camper shell for their truck but for any other truck accessories. Their customer service alone made me willing to do the hour drive there and hour and a half drive back home when I could have easily went to a more closer distributor around my location.

I took my car recently and the mechanic misplaced the gas cap. You take your car to the auto service shop to get it fixed, not bring it home with new problems. When I went to the shop to check if the gas cap was there, they flat out refused to look for it and instead accused me of losing it. Like I would try to swindle a business for a $30 gas cap. That's less than what I pay for a full tank of gas. There are plenty of good auto service shops in the area that do fantastic work for reasonable prices and have excellent customer service. I will be taking my vehicle to one of those places.

If you know a little about getting things a little less expensive? Then check them out. Everything from wheels, replacement mirrors, name it.....this place is worth a phone call for a used part that you need if a NEW one is not necessary.
