These guys were very knowledgeable about their products. They asked the right questions and when I was confused about the differences between two products that I thought were equally adequate for my vehicle, Melvin stepped in and explained the important differences in more detail. He recommended the right product to me. The manager also intervened when I was making the purchase, because there was also some confusion regarding the discount that I was counting on. The confusion was my mistake for not having noticed that the discount was for online purchases only, but the staff was very courteous and understanding of my expectations. What a pleasant visit this ended up being. I recommend this shop for anyone in need of automotive parts and supplies. I will certainly return.

Beth & Adriel were great at checking things under the hood for me. Adriel was training Beth on how to work the testing system. They tested my battery, starter & alternator. Both very friendly and helpful. They had to run the test a second time since it wasn't picking up certain tests being done. My battery was good (since it was replaced in Jan 2018), but my alternator voltage was low. So I bought my alternator from them. Once I bring back the old alternator I'll get my core return of $50 back. $238 for an alternator and taking to Pep Boys to have it installed. Great staff and clean shop here. I'd definitely come back because of the friendly environment and great items in store.

I visited this location after visiting several other dealerships (all with no luck) so I can confidently say that I was frustrated and ready to get this entire car buying process over with. Kay changed my entire experience! He was extremely nice, professional, and patient. Most importantly, he focused his attention on me, not on my uncle when he listed the facts about each vehicle I was looking at and he gave absolutely no pressure to buy on the spot. After walking throughout the ENTIRE lot with me to browse CPO options, I lucked out with the inventory and found "THE One" before it was even officially listed on their website! Kay texted me when the vehicle was ready for a test drive and the rest was history. Even now, I'll get a random follow up email/text just to check up on how the vehicle is doing/my experience. It's been great and I would recommend Ourisman Lexus of Rockville to anyone looking to buy a Lexus within a heartbeat.

He never informed me that the car had not been worked on the day of the appointment. Before coming here, I used Toyota 355 in Rockville, but after a very disappointing experience there, I decided I would never return and began looking for a dealership that truly values its customers. This was my second visit, and once again Ben Thurston exceeded all expectations. In addition to my scheduled maintenance, I asked him to look into some damage on my wheels that I believed should be covered under my service plan. After reviewing the situation, Toyota initially determined that the repairs would not be covered. While I accepted the decision, I expressed my disappointment that the wheels on a truck I purchased for nearly $90,000 were already showing significant wear after less than two years. Rather than simply delivering the bad news and moving on, Ben took it upon himself to explore every possible option. He contacted multiple wheel contractors, discussed the situation with his management team, and even reached out to Toyota on my behalf. He genuinely cared about finding a solution and never stopped advocating for me throughout the process. In the end, Ben was able to secure approval from Toyota--not just for one wheel, but for the replacement of all four wheels. That outcome was far beyond anything I expected. Customer service like this is rare today. Ben went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase, demonstrating professionalism, persistence, and a true commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of him, I will continue bringing my vehicles here for service and will recommend this dealership to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you, Ben Thurston, for your outstanding service and dedication. You have earned a customer for life.

The power windows stopped operating, so I took my car to Jim Coleman Toyota for new fuses…read more The techs claimed that all of the fuses had been replaced and a diagnostic test was necessary. In total, I paid more than $400 just to have my fuses replaced. What's worse: the next day the headlights were not working. This time I took my Toyota Corolla LE to a trusted mechanic. He showed me that two fuses needed for the headlights relay were missing. He also showed me that simply pressing a button above the window controls would unlock all windows and that I had not needed new fuses at all. This dealership should be cited for poor business practices.

And with that you need to find your way to an auto parts store. I came here and found it a bit laborious to enter, traverse, and exit the parking lot. It sit right along busy Baltimore Ave/US 1 and has two areas where you can enter/exit. The lot is small for the business, especially when you have several customers working on their vehicles to install small items, i.e., headlights, wiper blade, etc. I went in and went right to the section I needed. Found what I needed and went to pay. They had, what appeared to be, one register open. And the line was going back halfway through the store. It took a while to make it through the line, but it wasn't too bad on that aspect. I got what I wanted at a decent price. Paid, and was out the door to fight to get back on the road. Best bet here is to maybe go through the plaza next to it and make your way to the traffic light, especially if you are trying to turn left.

We agreed on a very small refund for 1.) them sending me the wrong rear differential and 2.) the transmission having a major problem and 3.) The very expensive CVT fluid that was wasted in performing a repair on the defective transmission. They sent me a screenshot of where they processed a refund and then demanded that I immediately retract my feedback. I told them that once the money was in my account then I would edit the review and not until. At that point, they turned me in to Ebay for extortion. When I confronted them on that they got nasty and then started calling me! Do business with this company at your own risk! They are liars and appear to be scam artists.
