    After going to Autozone in Rockville (the one that now is in the space of Patio.com)…read more.. I was in search of Windshield Washer Fluid. My car was completely out. Guess why? #ThanksCicadas So I went to Autozone in Rockville and they were completely 100 percent cleared out. Then I called Autozone in Gaithersburg. They said they had some available. So I show up and realize... oops... I went to Advanced Auto Parts hahaha. Turns out, I'm not sure where the Autozone is in Gaithersburg. But while I was there I figured I might as well check if Advanced Auto Parts has some. Guess what? They did! It was right in front at the front door. There was a bunch of large orange bottles that said they were great for bug residue. Perfect! And it was on sale! 2 jugs for 6. So I take two jugs and I'm walking around and this is where the experience got 5 stars. One of the workers noticed that I had taken two of the orange and informed me that the sale was actually only on the green version. Oh! And I didn't happen to see any green at the front. She said, "Would you like me to get the green for you?" And I said, "Oh you have more in the back" And she was like "yeah I think I do" and I said, "Is it good for bugs" And she said "Yep! It's good for bugs" So she goes back and grabs me two big green jugs and rings me up. Now that's service. She knew exactly why I had taken two jugs and took the initiative to let me know that I had actually made a mistake ( probably a bit of a common one), and she helped me correct it. 5 stars! Now my Windshield Washer Fluid is FULL FULL with reserves a plenty in my car to make it through this cicada nightmare. The green fluid is good, but apparently some of the cicadas that hit my windshield on the highway and had residue baked on for a few days needed a bit of elbow grease in addition to the window washing. Sorry Autozone Gaithersburg. And Thank you Advanced Auto Parts Gaithersburg!

    Negative zero starts worse f$&king store ever. Ordered and paid for a abs sensor over the phone…read moreordered the part paid for it stoped working in less then a week returned it with in the 30days window. The brainless associates told be it was used and they can't re sell it. If it does not work and is faulty. How can you resell it ??? Bought the part back in the original box and everything. Even gave them my phone number to look me up they claim they had no record of me or the part huhhh ok Say away from this store...

    I'm going to be fair here and give them 3 stars even though everything about my experience was…read morelackluster. I came in simply to ask if they had my fog light in stock. Mind you, I really do not know much about headlights, fog lights, connections, HID, LED, etc. lol This is why I entrusted the employees at AutoZone to steer me in the right direction. The store seems fairly large. I didn't do much exploring. There were only 2 employees (that I could see) working and both were busy so I waited my turn. The first gentlemen who helped me seemed awfully confused. I don't blame him. It seems like you have to know A LOT considering all cars are made definitely. He kind of stared at my fog light for a few minutes while shaking his head and muttering no before asking me my car information. He checked their system and things just got super confusing from there. Let me say, the fog light had a sticker on it that said H8/H9/H11. I have NO idea what these numbers indicate but I guess he found out my car used H11 so I truly have no idea what the other numbers were for. We stood staring at the fog lights for a good 6 minutes before I just said never mind I'm going to just order online. He then said he was going to ask his coworker. His coworker then took a look at it and said they didn't have it. Maybe there was some miscommunication because I was not looking for that EXACT brand and or fog light. I just needed something that would fit my vehicle as my fog light was burnt out. I kept saying that but I kept being told they didn't carry HID/LED fog lights. I eventually just said okay again and made my way out of the store. I ordered the fog lights online as soon as I got back to my car. Needless to say I wasted 30 minutes of my life.

    I have been coming here for a long time when Kevin was the owner. Back then, you could get good…read moreservice at a decent price. Not anymore. I took my car recently and the mechanic misplaced the gas cap. You take your car to the auto service shop to get it fixed, not bring it home with new problems. When I went to the shop to check if the gas cap was there, they flat out refused to look for it and instead accused me of losing it. Like I would try to swindle a business for a $30 gas cap. That's less than what I pay for a full tank of gas. There are plenty of good auto service shops in the area that do fantastic work for reasonable prices and have excellent customer service. I will be taking my vehicle to one of those places.

    First of all that man Ricardo or Carlos Suarez needs to learn how to speak to the customer first…read moretime I didn't say nothing but this time it was different had to to let him know whats up then a year ago I took my car to get something done and it had the undercover and they where fixing my car so when they give it to my on a Friday they were about to close the shop so when I inspected my car when I got home it wasn't there anymore I had to wait until monday to go to the shop again and he said something like I don't know if we might have it at the storage or you probably didn't even have one so I just let it go but Im 100% sure it had it, where they put it I don't know. Going back to how rude that guy is for no reason he might need some vacation or something I thought he might have had a bad day but no like I said first time it was fine but two no that's the reason why if someone asked me if this a good shop I wouldn't recommend it 100% because of him
