I met Alex Gurevich, auto/paint manager, when I walked through the door. He was kind and informative as to what my next steps would be after the damage I received from a hit and run. It was reassuring to take my car to someone who knew the correct way to work with insurance and law enforcement. The work that was done on my car was perfect. I had just bought the car a month earlier and the damage was fixed as if it never happened. All fixed, all polished, all clean. Very happy to get my car back like it was just off the car lot. Thanks Alex and all who took time to professionally work on my car. A bonus was the car detail inside and out ....perfect!

In this day and age when people settle for an AI response and you feel like a pixel on the screen, it was so refreshing to deal with the staff at Zamora's. They were so pleasant and knowledgeable. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. My car? Not so much. A headlamp and front quarter panel lost a high five with the reinforced back of a panel truck somewhere down South on the way to visit family. Upon return to Maryland, my insurance company and I made arrangements to have work done by Zamora's. They had years ago done some excellent work on another car we have. This shop is what makes me so happy to support American Small Business. Their location was clean and well-managed. My service coordinator, Alex, always kept me up to date on technical proceedings with my car. When it finally came time for pickup, my car nearly looked brand new. Panel lines lined up, no orange peel in the paint, and the color match was flawless as they clearly secured manufacturer paint. All repairs were clearly itemized and the payment was made efficiently from my insurance. I will assume prices were reasonable / consistent with the market as my insurance provider did not balk at the quote. I am very pleased with the work they did and would vigorously recommend them to anyone else who might need auto repair work done. Motor well (and safely) my friends!

I visited this location after visiting several other dealerships (all with no luck) so I can confidently say that I was frustrated and ready to get this entire car buying process over with. Kay changed my entire experience! He was extremely nice, professional, and patient. Most importantly, he focused his attention on me, not on my uncle when he listed the facts about each vehicle I was looking at and he gave absolutely no pressure to buy on the spot. After walking throughout the ENTIRE lot with me to browse CPO options, I lucked out with the inventory and found "THE One" before it was even officially listed on their website! Kay texted me when the vehicle was ready for a test drive and the rest was history. Even now, I'll get a random follow up email/text just to check up on how the vehicle is doing/my experience. It's been great and I would recommend Ourisman Lexus of Rockville to anyone looking to buy a Lexus within a heartbeat.
