I found out they were manufactured in 2011, WHAT!!!, (not 2017) after asking my local shop to confirm the year...unfortunately the much needed install of two rear tires on my M3 was already completed. I contacted Sonic Tuning immediately about the misrepresentation issue - they have said they would fix the problem. Words are cheap. I took my car recently and the mechanic misplaced the gas cap. You take your car to the auto service shop to get it fixed, not bring it home with new problems. When I went to the shop to check if the gas cap was there, they flat out refused to look for it and instead accused me of losing it. Like I would try to swindle a business for a $30 gas cap. That's less than what I pay for a full tank of gas. There are plenty of good auto service shops in the area that do fantastic work for reasonable prices and have excellent customer service. I will be taking my vehicle to one of those places.

Brent is the "Real McCoy" when it comes to service writers. He's very knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle maintenance. I mentioned in my last review, how happy the customers are, I now notice how happy the crew is too. I'm sure I can't give Brent all the credit, but it seems morale is up which is great especially since the pandemic seems to keep holding many of us back. This is a great business, it's no wonder why other mechanics are always them for advice.
