I bought a used 530i and I noticed the lane assist camera wasn't functioning, we all thought it just needed a calibration and I was informed it would be taken care of at no cost. Once Everardo got it, he discovered it was because the windshield had been replaced at some point by a non oem windshield, and that was the problem. Obviously it's a lot more expensive for the dealership to cover an oe windshield replacement when compared to a camera calibration. I signed for the car as is, they could've totally screwed me if they wanted to, but that's not East Bay BMW's style, they told me that it would work and they made good on their promise, even though it was more work than anticipated. Legally speaking, they didn't have to do that, and most dealerships would've taken the opportunity to make some money there. I'm blown away by such honest business in this day and age, it's so uncommon, especially when dealing with larger companies. But these guys are awesome. And to top it off everyone is hella chill, friendly, and fun, but still professional over there. Salute!

I recently leased a Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 4MATIC from Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton, and I can…read morehonestly say this was the most pleasant and stress-free car leasing experience I have ever had. A special thank you to Zahid Sharif, Sales Manager, and Anand Patel, Finance Manager, for making the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable. I first visited Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton on a Sunday morning just to take a test drive. I wasn't even sure what vehicle I wanted to lease -- I was simply looking around and happened to stop by the dealership. Within five minutes of my arrival, Zahid had the GLA 250 ready for me. He was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. During the test drive, he patiently explained the different driving modes and features -- Sport mode, Comfort mode, and many of the vehicle's functions. He explained everything in such a clear and practical way that by the end of the test drive, I had a very comfortable understanding of the vehicle and its features. After the test drive, I told Zahid that I was still looking around and would get back to him. Without any pressure whatsoever, he simply smiled and said something along the lines of, "Of course, John. Take your time, look around, and please reach out to me if you need any further assistance or if you decide to lease from Pleasanton Benz." That really stood out to me. There was absolutely no pressure or aggressive sales approach. I visited a couple of other dealerships around the Bay Area, but nothing worked out. The following Sunday, I reached back out to Zahid, and I met him at the dealership the next Monday. Once again, I was greeted with the same big smile and warm welcome: "Welcome back. Let's help you get a vehicle today." We discussed the numbers. Zahid gave me a quote, and I gave him the price I had in mind and told him that was my bottom line. He asked, "What's in your mind, John?" He took my number back to his team, and within about 15-30 minutes, we shook hands and had a deal. I have leased three vehicles over the past 15 years, and this was by far the smoothest, most peaceful, and pleasant lease negotiation I've ever experienced. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth, no pressure, and no uncomfortable sales tactics. After we finalized the deal, Zahid surprised me by saying that, as a thank you, he was offering me the RoadVantage Dealer Program free for a year. I was genuinely happy and appreciated the gesture. Then came the lease signing, where Anand Patel, Finance Manager, helped me with all the paperwork. Anand was equally friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He also offered me another great maintenance option that I honestly couldn't believe was available. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the finance portion just as comfortable as the sales process. I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was exceptional enough that I wanted to take the time to share it. Zahid Sharif and Anand Patel -- thank you both sincerely for making my Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 lease experience so enjoyable. Your professionalism, honesty, patience, and genuinely friendly approach made all the difference. If you're considering a Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend visiting Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton and asking for Zahid and Anand. They treated me with respect from beginning to end, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Zahid and Anand!

Communication was terrible -- no callbacks, broken promises, and I had to keep showing up in person just to get updates. They even failed to order my replacement windshield the first time, offered no loaner car, and never honored the discount they promised for all the inconvenience.
