I love AutoZone but I'm disappointed I think they start to higher the wrong ones this employee is african-American boy his name is ( JAMELE ) was very rude and disrespectful , I asked him for help 4 times and he say I'm busy he was just eating chips on the corner at work !! He was not even busy for 20 minutes hiding i was waiting on him to help me then on the line he scream at me , i was shocked the way how this boy treat customers !!! I came in to get my battery tested because I have been having issues. Jaemele assisted me promptly and checked my battery. Today we had to wait three hours (!!!) to get a jump start! It was terrible. We called AutoZone to ask about a new battery (prices and installation time). We showed up and Ronnie was incredible. He tested our current battery and gave us the good and bad news. We had to get a new car battery today from here today and we were planning on changing it once we got home but our car didn't start after purchasing the new battery. I had the most amazing experience here and now I am in AutoZone customer. The past few weeks I have had a starting problem on my car. I even brought it into the shop and had some work done that me and the shop thought would fix the problem but it did not. I came in to AutoZone and as luck would have it I got the perfect person to help me with my problem at the counter. I asked for the part and the gentleman at the counter happened to ask me back what made me think the one that I had had anything wrong with it. I told him what my car was doing and when I was startled at the price of the part he asked me if I had tried to clean the sensor that I was purchasing. I told him I did not know you could do that to which he suggested I do it and explain to me how to do it. Instead of $120 part I walked out of there spending about $17 for some cleaner and a special wrench to get to the sensor that I needed to clean. I cleaned it as the gentleman described for me to do and I have not had a problem with the car sense. read more

Great autozone. Staff are extreme friendly and nice. So I got a dead battery so I came here to exchange it. The staff over here noticed that my battery is not stable. So he recommended me to buy the thing to stable it for safety going forward and he is really kind and do all the work for me. The guys at this Autozone really impressed me with their customer service. They stoppped me from purchasing an item that wasn't on sale and helped me find a few items that were on sale. When one of the items wasn't in the size I needed they quickly ordered from another store and saved the other matching items till all the parts could match up and be bought together. I went in because my oil light was beeping and flashing and knew I needed to put some oil into my car. I was helped immediately by a very nice employee, Mr. Santana. He looked up the type of oil my car needed and went out to inspect my engine and check the oil. He noticed right away I was also low on coolant. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, giving me tips as he helped me, but he even filled my oil and coolant himself. I would save yourself the trouble and go to the other AutoZone down Spring Creek, or just go to the O'Reilly's next door. This place has horrible service and clueless employees. I came just to buy a set of screws and return a couple sets I had previously bought. I came up to the counter and just before ringing me up, the employee randomly wanders off and ends up spending 10-15 minutes helping other customers find something to fit their air canister. These people weren't even in line! They had just walked in. Meanwhile the other guy starts ringing up people who were behind me in line! Don't come to this store and waste your time. read more

friendly and helpful... a bit empty when walked in everyone behind counter was in the back doing something =/ not sure what........I told a guy in the asle stocking an older gentleman what I needed (the cup thing to remove car's oil filter) he personally went to the back and got it for me then checked me out back up at the counter over all a 3 star ... quick in and out ... got what I wanted without waiting or attitude. read more

Mike was awesome! God bless this guy. My smart car driver's side windshield wiper had broken during the ice storm and while I was running errands it started to rain. After a rather blinded drive down the street arrived at Autozone. When I walked in I saw mike helping another person with their windshield wiper. He found me a few minutes later attempting to figure out which style I needed to buy my car. He picked it out, checked me out and walked me outside to install the new blade. Even disposed of all packaging and the broken blade. This was my first time in an Autozone, but this degree of customer service means I'm a customer for life. read more

It was a very minor purchase but I couldn't believe the great customer service! I came in out of the rain to get some new wipers. Right away I was asked if I needed help. I agreed to the help and soon selected the wipers I needed. After I paid, the woman helping me said she would be happy to install them for me at no charge. I wasn't looking forward to doing it myself so I was so pleased she offered to go out in the pouring rain to install my new wipers. I will be sure to do all my auto parts shopping at this AutoZone! read more
