It was late and I called around 5:20 and they close at 5:30. Right off the bat, a guy answered the phone and said, "Simco, can you hold?" and I said, "Sure." and I got the hold music. I was on hold for 16 minutes, patiently waiting for them to get back to me and then I hear what sounds like someone picking up the phone and putting it down, hanging up on me. It's not that big of a deal, so I call them back and it immediately picks up and gives me their "closed for business" recording. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They seriously hung up on me so they wouldn't have to work after hours. I was pissed. Pissed enough that a week later, I remembered the incident and came to the computer specifically to write about my experience. It's not going to keep me from buying their products, but it really is a crappy move.

He then jumped my car, tested my battery and tightened one of the latches on my battery. I asked him how much it would cost, and he said nothing. Tommy was incredible. Danny not only listened to me talk about the issues I was dealing with (car wise). He spoke highly about another man named Melvin. Who just so happened to be a Mobile Mechanic. Danny gave me Melvin's number and he answered when I called or maybe I had to send him a text. Nevertheless Melvin let me know that he's a RELIABLE, Trustworthy, and decent person. He told me, He'd be able to come and see what was actually happening with my ride. Because he was gonna be in the area. Twenty minutes later Melvin was calling to let me know he was outside parked by my ride. That's what's lacking in today's society. There's so many weasels out here in the world. He explained to me what was actually going on with my car without charging me $179 like Christian Brothers had done a few days before still Smdh about keeping that appointment.
