The staff that is present is a bit too friendly as they'll let a line of people wait while they shoot the shi$ with people. I've stood for ten minutes watching them joke around and converse. They always seemed to not have what I was looking for in stock. Weird things (not rare parts or anything but stuff like paint, oil/filters or brake cleaner). Their systems are slow and freeze up often. Tools are behind the counter so you have to know exactly what you're looking for and ask for it. This store is less than 5 minutes from my house but I will drive 15 to not have to deal with it. Absolutely horrible...

I picked up my order and then had an additional question for the employee there about a snowblower, and he helped out a lot. He went into great detail to try to help me and our situation here with a snowblower that suddenly just stopped working. He told me what to look for and let me know that they have parts and things that we need there for it. Gas line antifreeze was reasonably priced. And the gentleman was very helpful. Instead of checking the shelf, the back of the package, or even her computer, she proceeded to accuse me of stealing the and call the police on me. Corporate was certainly called and we're resolving this issue but I will never return to a business that treats their customers this way!

I take care of my own vehicles as far as repairs and routine maintenance so I like to believe that my truck is mechanically sound. I brought my truck in for a simple nys inspection and I strongly believe that my truck was tampered with in order for them to suggest a service job. After about 45min of waiting for the inspection, one of the kids came back stating that I had a leaky brake line.... which according to my spotless driveway was a concerning lie. But after refusal of work i get back home and all of a sudden I'm leaking brake fluid from the front driver side. I assess the situation and find a line that looked to be tampered with. I fixed the line and ended up getting my nys inspection done elsewhere. Now I understand things happen, and parts wear, but in this particular situation, something didn't seem right. These guys are untrust worthy and unprofessional. Take your vehicle to a trusted professional.

I drive a '95 Toyota Camry Wagon; tire size 195/70R14, and that has historically been a challenge to find used. But they had 'em, a whole bunch. And when they told me on the phone that they started at $30, I totally expected for them to tell me more when I got there. But they did have quite the selection in their vast warehouse of tires, and they did charge me $30 bucks each (plus mounting/balancing & disposal). But I still walked out of there with two quality used tires for under $100 and without much wait time. The guy (owner?) was real nice, seemed like an honest guy. With this place being so close to home, it will now be my go-to place for tires.
