Today was no different. My niece bought a starter from them a couple months ago & my SAE certified mechanic husband told her it stopped working. He gave it to me & told us to get it replaced. The PR cashier tested it & said it was fine. It works like new & there's nothing wrong with it. He asked my niece what sound it made & she said it didn't turn over when she turned the key. He said it could be the spark plugs, alternator or ignition switch but not the starter. He said he wasn't going to exchange it & got snippy when I said it had to be the starter, my husband said so. He told my niece to take her care to a real garage with a certified mechanic. I got real mad & left. My husband called them & asked for the district managers info. The cashier gave him a bogus name & number...so my husband went to one of their stores across town. The manager tested the starter & said it was no good. It was fried. He gave us the district managers name & number, so tomorrow, we'll be calling them. They all better hope they still have a job after I tell them how disrespectful and sexist I was treated, on top of either lying to me about the condition of the bad starter or not knowing how to operate their testing machine!

I picked up my order and then had an additional question for the employee there about a snowblower, and he helped out a lot. He went into great detail to try to help me and our situation here with a snowblower that suddenly just stopped working. He told me what to look for and let me know that they have parts and things that we need there for it. Gas line antifreeze was reasonably priced. And the gentleman was very helpful. I sat on hold for 40 minutes only to get disconnected and have to call back TWICE to get an answer from another staff member who had mentioned they were still waiting on a part to arrive. No communication from staff as I had to reach out multiple times a day to only hear "not sure what's wrong with it yet". Had major repairs done over the course of 4 days only to pick it up, drive a mile down the road and have the car enter low power mode because of an issue with the sensor they had installed already. After an entire day of diagnosis and waiting on another sensor to be ordered I got my car back. Bought 4 new tires that were not even filled and had no Air valves caps. Guy at the front handed me 4 new caps and I installed them myself. These guys will tell you what you want to hear to get you out the door and really doesn't seem like they care when your car is completed.

I drive a '95 Toyota Camry Wagon; tire size 195/70R14, and that has historically been a challenge to find used. But they had 'em, a whole bunch. And when they told me on the phone that they started at $30, I totally expected for them to tell me more when I got there. But they did have quite the selection in their vast warehouse of tires, and they did charge me $30 bucks each (plus mounting/balancing & disposal). But I still walked out of there with two quality used tires for under $100 and without much wait time. The guy (owner?) was real nice, seemed like an honest guy. With this place being so close to home, it will now be my go-to place for tires.
