It was a simple and routine installation of a part. The person who installed the part was careless and reckless. He broke a piece in the process of installing the part. He did not seem that he wants to work at all. Next time I'll go the local dealer or install the part myself.

When another staff person was putting in my battery, she had trouble and even tho Scott was busy, he very graciously took a look for me and corrected what she did and got it in correctly. They were getting a LOT of foot traffic because Auto zone was closed and yet Scott was patient with every customer and got to me as soon as he could. Another employee told me they didn't have corrosion fluid to put on terminals, but when I asked Scott, he got some and put some on for me. Great customer service, Scott! Thank you!!

I have been coming to this dealership for quite awhile. However since the move to their new…read morelocation they seem quite full of themselves. I made an appointment for my F150 because the tailgate auto latch wouldn't open. First it took 3 weeks to find an opening. Than they insisted on charging a $170 diagnostic, huh. Than they called and said it was the actuator, which I had told them, and the part would cost $600. Crazy high. I called another Ford dealership 20 minutes away, they had the same part for $90 and than $260 labor, and was able to get me in right away. This trust cannot ever be reversed. I will not grace this dealership again. Also they gave me an age related label for their driver, not cool.

They could have made some money off me, but the advice was "Don't bother, it's not worth it." Valuable advice, it turns out. Price: Zero. Second time, I was buying a used car and asked for a complete check. They got it done immediately, pointed out a couple things I would have missed and charged me less than half of what I had previously paid elsewhere for an overall check of a potential purchase. Third: A brake job on a different car. Shimmy in the front wheels when I braked at speed. As I suspected, warped rotors. Fixed that day, no hassle, fair price. I don't see how anyone can give these guys anything less than a superior review.

Took my car in here a few months ago because it went into limp mode on the freeway. They took one…read morelook at it and told me it was going to need an engine because it was knocking, then offered to buy it off me for about $1,500. I couldn't hear the knock but I was going to believe them, just figured they knew what they were doing and they're a reputable shop. I was about to sell it to a junkyard today and again I couldn't hear the knock so I figured id get a second opinion from another shop in boulder. (I know this should have been the first thing I did lol) Turns out the engine was completely fine, it needed a new accelerator pedal sensor and that was throwing the car into limp mode. I had already bought a new car and I just fixed my old one for about $100 and ten minutes of work; because I trusted them and didn't get a second opinion I'm stuck with two functional cars! I have a hard time believing they purposely misdiagnosed the problem to try and buy the car off me for significantly less than it was worth, but who knows. I'm really just confused by the whole thing, I thought I was going crazy trying to hear a knock in a perfectly healthy engine. The one thing I do know is that I wouldn't recommend this shop. Could have been an honest mistake, or there could have been some malicious intent, who knows. Regardless of the reason it happened they f***ed up and the whole thing has been a massive, unnecessary inconvenience.

It must have kicked up from something I ran over on the highway. I began to try to take it off but it seemed to be caking on even more than it was originally. He had a great personality and was eager to help which I certainly appreciated! 15 or so minutes later, he was able to remove all of the gummy substance and I was very grateful! Flatirons honored the SofA warranty coverage, provided a loaner car for a month and a half required to complete repairs, and even covered some cosmetic issues that cropped up from being parked outside in the summer sun for the 6 weeks repair. This dealership is honorable, fair, straight-forward in their offerings, and don't play games with their customers.
