Had bought oil and the top foil seal was already ripped. I didn't want to take the chance and brought it back to swap it out at another autozone. My Autozone down the street manager said swap it out they were just out of stock. So I brought it to this store with it in stock. Current store manager is an asshole. Watched him being overly nice to a woman. When it's my turn he refused to help me. Yeah dude I'm pulling some sort of oil scam. Wrong store auto zone at 128th and Colorado gets this review. Unfortuatley, I'm not sure how to delete it without the system leaving the one star with no review - so maybe you can forward it to the correct store: If I could give a negative rating I would, one star is way to generous. 12/24/2022 I went into Auto Zone in the morning to get a battery and have it installed. Jerimiah, acting like a Manager, said he was the only person there (even though I saw someone else) and ask me to come back. I went back that afternoon and Jerimiah told the guy in front of me that he would need to come back for a battery installation because there was a line, there were only 3 people in line at that point. Jerimiah started to help me buy the battery and then left me standing there to take a phone call. Alan then helped the guy behind me purchase 2 batteries. I then asked if Alan would help me since Jerimiah hadn't returned. I did see Jerimiah standing off to the side, not doing anything after he helped the customer on the phone, and he only came back once Alan was helping me. Alan asked Jerimiah if he would like him to do the install and then Jerimiah said yes, because he didn't know how to install a battery....Now there was a small line and Alan asked me to wait outside until the line was cleared, which I did patiently. Then about 5 mintues later, Alan comes outside with a woman and is looking under her hood. After about 10 minutes in the cold, I asked Alan if there was someone else who could help me - note, this woman was behind me in line, she should have waited her turn to get help with her car until the line was cleared, just as I was asked to do. Alan got a little snippy and said there is a line and he will get to me as soon as he can. I then went inside and asked Jerimiah if there was anyone else that could help me install the battery I already paid for and that Alan was helping a customer who was after me in line, Alan followed me inside and Jermiah told him to help me next. When I got home I filled out the survey and gave them a 1 - which again, is to generous. Monday morning while I was working someone called me pretending to be a Regional Manager and asked me about my experience. I told him I'm working but will take the time to explain what happened, after I explained, the man replied that what they should have done was told me to go next door and have the battery installed. I told him, no, what they should have done was helped me with my car before helping the woman behind me with her car and hung up. Auto Zone advertises that they install batteries and that is the only reason I went there. I waited very patiently only to have Alan flirt with the woman behind me and then talk nasty to me when I asked how much longer it would be - it was cold outside and I was before her. Note: She didn't purchase anything, she ended up driving off. Auto Zone Thornton Colorado and 128th - take care of the people who spend money with you and train your people so everyone knows how to install batteries. read more

I went in to buy spark plugs and they were extremely helpful, the girl in the front who helped me was so nice and had awesome customer service. She told me she was semi new but she was rocking it! The manager for sure knows his shit haha. This will now be my home store no more going to 84th. read more

If you really need something come here. It's always organized which is great but checking out is where this location is lacking. I went for some oil and waited over 20 minutes to check out. I could've went somewhere else but Wal-Mart doesn't sell the right kind. I still shop here, but only when absolutely necessary. read more

This location 10105 Washington Street has been more than helpful. They are understaffed like everyone but try to help EVERY customer as quick as they can! They try to find the best answer even if they don't know right away. Many times I have had them spend time trying to find the part I needed even if their system (which needs an update) doesn't show the correct part. I have been in there SEVERAL times when customers have been treating staff horribly and they try to diffuse the situation the best they can. The area that this store is in has gone downhill ALLOT but they still try! Working retail is NOT easy especially when someone is treating staff horribly fir something they can't control like shipping delays or badly manufactured parts!! They are helpful and friendly and there's an air of friendship when you walk into this location. read more

My husband likes going to this store. It's in a nice area and has plenty of parking. Me, with my mental block for all things auto sits in the car and wonders why it takes him so long to get done. Anyway these are friendly guys and once or twice one of them has come out to look under hood along side hubby. Never sure why, but the old man leaves all smiles. He happy, me happy. Roman the store manager is terribly rude and completely unknowable to the auto industry. He said delco is not genuine OEM product even though several manufacturers use delco. Then sold me a defective product and blamed me. Use another auto zone or parts store that's more reliably read more

The only people who know anything here are the manager and the girl who works there. They treat you like you're an idiot and half of them don't wear uniforms. I personally think they should know more about the part of your vehicle then you do. I had an O2 sensor problem. I didn't know there's multiple O2 sensors and they really made me feel like an idiot in front of EVERYONE because I didn't know which one I needed. They didn't even know how to enter the code correctly into the computer. I feel like this place hires people because they need employees. Nobody here knows ANYTHING about vehicles. Do not even try to even call them about a part, it's best to go into the store and draw them a picture. read more

A year ago, one of the employees installed my new battery for me... It was awesome! But on Aug 25 of this year (2016) I waited 3 min at a register for one of the 5 employees to check me out. When no one acknowledged me, I put my merchandise back and went to another company. I was the only customer. They were chatting across the room with each other about someone who got fired. read more

3/15/16 Store manager James was very rude. I told him I had a question and instead of saying how may I help ? What's your question, he said "What" with a unhappy face. As I was asking the question he wasn't even making eye contact, he was instead grabbing change from the counter looking bored miserably out of his mind, when I finished asking my question he said I don't know, I don't know.
