I had them put upgraded shocks on my 2015 Toyota 4 runner and everything went very smoothly. I have been too many different 4 wheels places even in other states and these dudes are super cool and always willing to help you out. Most recently I have been dealing with Talbot and prior to that it was Chandler and I dealt with August when I got my shocks. Talbot has really helped me this time around finding rims and tires and even helping me via email on his day off. I have spent a lot here over the past few years with going from a stock 4 runner to 3 inch lift to 6 inch lift to upgraded parts to mud swamper tires. They have never ripped me off and will even beat competitors prices. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I'm the one who choose to spend the money I did They all seem very genuine and passionate about the work they do. If you ever have any problems they are always willing to take a look and help you out. I highly recommend coming here!! Thank you Talbot!! I will post pics after I get my 4 runner back.

I want to give a big shout out to Dillan Atwood at the Denver location for orchestrating the repair…read moreof my Fusion rear end in a 5 days. I was changing the oil in the rear axle when I noticed metal in the oil. After pulling the diff cover, I discovered that the ring, pinion and ELocker might have to be replaced. I called 4 Wheel Parts first thing Monday morning and talked to Dillan. I told him what axle I had and the scope of repairs that I thought might be needed. He called Fusion 4X4 and verified what parts I may need. I also told him that I have a Jeeping Rally to attend and I would like to have the vehicle repaired and out of the shop by the end of the week. Dillion immediately started calling suppliers to find the parts that were needed. He found all the parts except for the ELocker. Eaton was out of stock and on a 6 week back log. That information did not detour Dillan. He called several distributors and finally found the ELocker that I needed. It had to be flown in to have any chance to meet my deadline. I also want to thank Cory and David who did an excellent job installing the parts and making sure it was done right. I picked up the Jeep at the end of the week and made it to Sand Hollow (Hurricane, UT) for 10 absolutely exhilarating days Jeepin' challenging and stimulating trails. Thank you to Dillan and everyone at 4 Wheel Parts who enabled me to attend a rally that I had been dreaming about for the last several years. I have called Dillan several times since the rear axle repair and he has been extremely helpful answering my questions and coordinating upgrades to my Jeep at another 4 Wheel Parts store in the Phoenix area. Thanks again.

This place has such a mix of reviews that I just wasn't sure to come here or not. However, I'd…read morealready been to Schomp and Auto Nation Subaru for previous routine services and didn't like them at all so this was the next closest place... I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted, treated very nice (not like I was an inconvenience, like the other places I'd been). The place to drive my car in was easy to locate with signs and plenty of room to maneuver. Everything was clean and everyone seemed well organized. I was provided all the information I asked for, verbally and in writing, AND they even washed my car for me, before giving it back! All things that were not provided at other Subaru's around the Denver area. This is the kind of treatment I am used to and have come to expect from Subaru; glad I finally found one in the area that provides it. (I was previously in Northern Virginia where all of this is pretty standard). The story: I had an appointment, which I scheduled online, arrived and drove myself in and checked in with Joshua. He was very nice, actually read my online notes on what I wanted, told me it'd be an hour to an hour and a half (I had requested oil change, all fluids checked, and all systems inspection because my service contract was coming to an end soon and I wanted to ensure that no work was needed). We left and went for a walk around the neighborhood, came back about an hour later and sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is nice because it provides snacks and drinks (although I do wish something more interesting was on the TV's). Without having said anything that we were in there, Joshua came in and found me to give me an update on things. He must have seen us come back, which is nice that he was paying attention to that while busy with other customers too. My car did need an alignment which unfortunately took an additional hour (not sure why an alignment takes that long). Afterwards, Joshua came back and brought me out to explain everything. He even gave me an entire analysis write up they did on my car, which I never received from the other places either. Then pointed me to my car, which was brought inside, so I didn't have to wonder around outside looking for it; and it was even washed up for me. Finally, a Subaru that takes care of their customers! I will mention that the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it took over 2 hours to do this work, which in my experience is excessive for someone who made an appointment and didn't just drop it off in the morning to have done anytime during the day. Normally this would be a lot more irritating as a I value my time, but this inconvenience was easy to overlook, given how well I was treated.
