If it says to drive all the way to the 47 to make a u-turn about 2 miles out and double back, I suggest keeping an eye out for Auge's on the left hand side well before that I-turn suggestion. There are tons of places to turn left or make a u-turn before the 47.

After the service, her transmission failed, leaving her without reliable transportation. Based on what we were told, transmission fluid was removed during the service instead of a proper oil change being performed. What should have been routine maintenance turned into a devastating and costly situation for my mother. What has made this even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability. We have repeatedly attempted to contact the company to discuss what happened and find a resolution, but our concerns have not been addressed. The lack of communication and willingness to help has been incredibly disappointing. Watching my mother struggle through this has been heartbreaking. After that, the tie rod was stripped and had to be replaced. When I finally got a real alignment done, the tech had to tighten every bolt Sanchez touched. He actually pulled me aside thinking I had tried to do the suspension work myself. Honestly, I wish I had. Now I've found out they installed the wrong size strut altogether. At this point, I really just wish they had said they weren't qualified to do the job instead of risking my safety and wasting half a year of my time.
