I come to buy oil for my Ram 2500 Cummins. They have everything. Full synthetic 15W-40, heavy duty stuff, right filter too. Worker check computer to make sure it match my truck. He know what he doing. Store clean, easy to find things. No stress. I get oil, filter, and few shop towels. They even got funnel and gloves if you need. I was having car issues and had a feeling that it was my battery. Came into the Auto Zone on Paramount Ave. and they checked my battery. It wasn't working anymore, so I had to replace it. I didn't have any tools to remove it, so the guys let me borrow whatever tool I needed to remove. It may not seem like a big deal, but I was really pleased that I didn't have to leave to get tools or buy some. I removed the battery and put the new one in. My car ran great afterwards. I came in to buy a battery because they advertise free replacement with the purchase of a battery on the website. I was in a rush because I found out my battery was dead as I was preparing to leave for work. I wish I would've caught his name, but the dude with the goatee that was working at 10am on July 24, 2023 really did me a huge favor. At first I was told they may not be able to replace my battery but he took a look and offered to do it for me. Had the new battery installed in about 10 minutes and I was able to get to work. It was clean inside, not too many people when I went. Seems like a low key location which isn't too bad. I went on around 12pm on a Monday afternoon. Although, they were out of a lot of cleaning supplies that I needed and we're on sale. There wasn't many choices for me to choose from. I ended up getting a substitute since I wasn't looking to drive to another location. Customer service was good no complaints there. I bought a 275$ car battery just so my car can shut down on me once more. i took my car to the actual dealership and when they tested my battery it FAILED. then when i go to test it at Autozone this good for nothing ass employee keeps trying to test it over and over again until my battery overheated and said it should be fine. like how are you going to guarantee that it's good? she didn't even bother to show me the screen and most certainly did NOT want to replace my battery even though I paid for warranty.
