They are the nicest and most honest mechanics I've ever met. I called the other day and asked if they would look at my rear brakes, which wete making a squeaking noise when I back up in the morning. They brought my car in and evaluated it and told me that I have plenty of brake pad left. They said I don't need new brakes yet.. and then they did not charge me anything for the evaluation. It's just nice to know that there are really truly honest people out there who care about your business. My husband and I will go there anytime we need work done to our car with total confidence!!

Delaware fraud and protection policy se states that any surcharges of services if services is to be done must be told to the customer before anything . This is how they rob so many citizens out there hard earned money . Don't go to any of these places because you call corporate and they tell you these locations is privately owned but yet still carrys Meineke logos now let's make this make sense . They just don't want to accept responsibility of how this brand has and is robbing honest people of there hard earned money . I have been coming here for oil changes for a few years now and I have never had an issue, so this really caught me off guard and came out of left field. He had a major attitude from the get go. The only words out of my mouth to him that morning as I walked through the door were, "any way you could do an oil change today"? Right away he says, "no", and then angrily proceeds to remind me that the last time I was there for an oil change, they found a mechanical issue with my car but that I didn't let them fix it and I took it somewhere else for the repair. They wanted to charge me over $1K for the repair. I said, "yes, that's correct, but I have my own mechanic at my brother's gas station who does my car repairs and I had only brought my car in to you for an oil change, nothing else". He then proceeded to tell me that they are not a "lube shop" and to, "take my business somewhere else". I couldn't believe how curt and dismissive he was. Seems they only want to do an oil change if they can tack on a big repair bill to go along with it. If they don't want to do oil changes, then they shouldn't advertise that they do oil changes. I didn't ask them to look at my car for any mechanical issues, I only wanted an oil change. I could understand him being ticked IF I was having mechanical issues with my car and specifically brought it in to them to find the issue, and then after doing so, decided to take it elsewhere to have it repaired, but that is NOT the case. I only brought my car in for an oil change, nothing else. Very poor customer experience here.

My vehicle died while I was at the post office directly across the street from their repair facility. I walked in and politely asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could give me a quick jump. Before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off--rude, dismissive, and abrupt--and said "no." I even explained that I'm an automotive technician myself and fully understand that time is valuable. I told him I would pay for the jump, considering it was less than 50 feet away. He still refused. This interaction made it very clear that customer service is not a priority here. In a community like ours, respect and professionalism matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone.
