The man at the front counter, who clearly wasn't having a good day, cut me off before I could finish my sentence and asked if I had an appointment. I said no, and he told me the earliest he could get me in was 12:00 or 12:30 -- at 8:02 in the morning, with only one other customer in the waiting room. I was so taken aback by his rudeness that I just said okay. As I was leaving, I mentioned that I'd been coming here for a couple of years and that every time, I've been told the online appointment system doesn't match what the store actually uses. He responded by saying he'd been there for two years and that an appointment has always been required -- and without one, I couldn't be seen. No empathy, no professionalism. I will never return to another Meineke location. I also had a bad experience at the one in Austin, and I'm a man of my word -- I haven't used their service since.

It was the absolute American dream: a family run business that did well, bought another shop, did well, and now runs 10 shops! The office was clean & comfortable. On bill I was charged $7 for "Hazardous Waste Disposal" even when there was no hazardous waste involved. When challenged on that, charge was removed.
