(I'm like a favorite customer now; over the last 5 years, I've brought in my 2008 RAV4 for several bodywork repairs, and Jack even personally repaired (welded) some lawn equipment for me earlier this year.) Thorough I went to Collision Pros in May for a quick estimate after some kids threw a rock denting my hood (and scratching the windshield glass, which I hadn't noticed at first). Their estimate came in just a little lower than the official insurance estimate I got later. Also, they noticed that my front glass was scratched and while not a danger, they recommended replacing it as well, since it could develop cracks after a freeze-thaw cycle. They also said they'd take care of some unrelated rust spots that had developed with age. Speedy Dave had it repaired, repainted, and back to me within a week, matching my paint and installing a higher quality aftermarket windscreen than what I had previously installed after the original glass had developed cracks. High-quality When I got my car back, the paint looked great, the dent and rust were gone, and they had even vacuumed and washed my car inside and out!! So kind!! I'll keep coming back!

During these 34 years never have I felt over charged for the vast array of repairs this family owned business has provided. There is a cliche at says "you can't fix stupid"; however, on multiple occasions Ray's Garage has proven that "stupid" can be fixed when they have repaired vehicles that were mechanically damaged when one (1) of the six (6) operators did something "stupid". The level of customer service and quality work performed at Rays Garage is the only reason I have never searched for another automotive repair provider. I believe 34 years of a business relationship would lead a prudent person to realize this business is an asset to the community.

It was an oil drain plug. I was skeptical, so I went to Diefendorff for a second opinion. Diefendorff called about 2 hours later saying it was fixed and the grand total was $25. Small oil leak is no longer and it didn't cost $1000. Wish I had just gone to Diefendorff first.

Email stated someone would be in contact with me in one business day to 25 hours. 2 days later no reply. I called the 3rd day and asked about my appointment I put in for an they had no answer as to why no one contacted me. No big deal I get it. My problem is with the next part of this story. I set an appointment over the phone, show up for appointment. They had the tires I requested in stock at a fair price. I asked for an alignment since I always get an alignment with any new set of tires. I get informed my truck is done and ready. Awesome, the guy rights up the work order an I pay the bill. The full bill for tires and the alignment. After which I get informed that they couldn't do the alignment an that I need ball joints and rear control arms. This would of been very important info to have before paying. Now they have to refund me my money for the alignment they could not be performed. I'm asked next if I would like a price quote for the repairs. At this point absolutely not. You can't inform me before finishing my vehicle that I need repairs an that you can't do the alignment? But you'll gladly charge me for it before reviewing your paper work. Needless to say I left livid. Once cooled off I walked around the truck at home to inspect the tires. Found all four my wheel covers destroyed, scratches, and cracks! You can see where they over tighten the outer wheel balancing nut into my rims and completely ruined all 4 of my rims. Unbelievable!!! I absolutely can not believe this place gets away with this kind of work. I've heard very high things about them. All of which is a lie. Stay far away from this place if you value your vehicle.
