However, this is no longer "that dealer" any longer as they have been bought out by a much larger company. I am hearing more and more stories from people in our circle about the business practices and changes at this dealership. Several people took their car in for oil changes and the dealer recommended replacing parts that were new/recently replaced (brakes rotors, etc.) . As such, I would avoid having this dealership do work on your car. If they recommend replacing a new part, this means they have not even looked at it and are just trying to increase parts/service sales. All of the old sales staff have also changed. The new sales people seem pretty nice, but I will find out soon if they have the same customer focus and flexibility as in the past or if this is just another "get every dollar I can" dealership.

Other places would have charged around $2,500 to do a complete repair, but the owner, Seth, came out to the parking lot, took off the inside trim, and banged out my dent very well so that it looked MUCH better and only charged me $20. Plus, he gave me a free bottle of touch up paint. It's hard to find honest quality people in this business who look out for their customers.
