I have a monthly membership here and I love it! $35 a month and you can use the dog wash and car wash (manual or automatic - any level!) once a day, unlimited vacuum and you can also use your "extra time" in the manual wash daily. Super clean (aside from the a-holes who bring their extremely muddy cars here and leave it all over the ground for the next person to step in. Not the business' fault!). The only complaints I have are: -The dryer for the automatic wash sucks...er...blows...but it definitely doesn't dry the car very well,l especially on the sides. -The dog wash is pricey. I do get 10 minutes included in my membership but to wash your dog and thoroughly dry them it definitely takes longer and the $$$ adds up. I also have a big dog, though. -During busy times you do have to wait a while since the small amount of manual stalls and the three automatic stalls are all in use. That's not that big of a deal, though, just come during off-hours. -If you need to contact customer support it's not immediate but they are very friendly. All in all I'm really happy with this place and will continue to use it! I also love that you can use your membership at any location. P.S. 1 Star - Negligence and Complete Lack of Accountability. On March 31st, I visited the automatic Autowash at 120th & Holly, and what should have been a routine car wash turned into a damaging and frustrating experience. While my vehicle was in the middle of the wash cycle, I suddenly heard a loud bang--like metal striking my car. When the wash finished, I discovered that a piece of metal had fallen from one of their rusted roof beams, hitting the top of my vehicle. The impact caused a noticeable dent and stripped the paint all the way down to bare metal. I immediately documented everything with photos and video. I attempted to contact them right away, but since it was after hours, I left a message. The following day, I called again and was told to file an online damage report and that a manager would contact me the following week. Given how clear the situation was--and that this was obviously caused by poor maintenance of their facility--I expected them to take responsibility. That never happened. After waiting with no response, I followed up myself. When I finally spoke with a manager, I was told that I needed to file a claim with my own insurance before they would proceed. This is completely unreasonable considering the damage was caused by their facility, not by anything I did. I explained that I did not want to involve my insurance for something that was clearly not my fault, as it could negatively impact me. Instead of escalating or helping resolve the issue, they doubled down. The following day, I was told that if I did not go through my insurance, they would close the case entirely--despite the fact that they have video footage of the incident and full documentation from me. This is not just poor customer service--it is a clear attempt to avoid liability and shift responsibility onto the customer. A business that allows parts of its structure to fall and damage vehicles, then refuses to take responsibility, shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This situation could have been resolved quickly and professionally, but instead, they chose to deny responsibility for something that was entirely within their control. I strongly caution anyone considering this location. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to stand behind their service or take responsibility for their negligence. read more

So when you sign up thinking you are getting dog washing stations and multiple car wash bays just know you are only getting one working auto wash bay. Every month for the past 5 months, we have tried going 2-3 times per week and there's either a line of 20 cars because only one lane is open or all the lanes are closed. They're constantly having problems and closing down. Sometimes, they're closed for no reason. We cannot use the wash at all and yet they keep pulling money from our account. When my husband called to complain about this, they cancelled our membership without our permission. Probably because they'd rather not have to come up with a solution to their problems. Avoid. Not going to use any longer and not recommending to folks that ask. Automatic Karcher machines do an OK job, WHEN THEY'RE WORKING. Down a lot or a step in the wash process doesn't work. Recently got my car washed in one, dryer didn't work. Left and ended up with water spots all over. Contacted owner or management company as I was in the wash, texted a video and copy of the receipt to the number on the wall in the bay. They asked for info multiple times, which I provided each time, claimed they could not process a credit if you use Apple Pay when all they need to do is contact their merchant bank/credit card processor with the date/time and transaction ID and it'll be taken care of. Made some spurious claims about giving me extra instructions, which I never received, I assume to drag this out and make a bit more interest off the float. All you have to do is scroll through the text chain and see it isn't there. Got tired of the run around after 13 days, sent video/text history and disputed charge with my credit card company. read more

I'm giving this a three because when you can get in the wash does a great job. I use this car wash because it's closest to my house . They have three touchless spaces and as they stated earlier, they do a great job. My complaint is no matter what day or time I go to the car wash at least one of them is down for repair. The lines are extremely long, so I just pass on by. Both my wife and I have monthly subscriptions and two months ago they raised the prices but yet same old thing that can't keep all three up and running. The wash is excellent when you can get it. Usually, we can't because most or all of the bays aren't operational. If one berry is open and more than 5 cars are ahead of you, you're looking at an hour at least before you get to the wash. We don't have that much time. Too many times, the app didn't work, and we had to call customer service for a code to get in. Today was the last straw. After 3 unsuccessful attempts this week to get a wash, we went early this morning to beat the line. App/code worked, but the door wouldn't open. We called and left 3 messages today, and in the last one, we said that if they can't fix this problem, we might cancel our monthly membership. Guess what? We got an email that they canceled us! After each unsuccessful attempt earlier this week, we called customer service, and their response was nothing short of an "oh well, that's the way it goes." When this car wash first opened up it was awesome each wash lasted about 12 minutes never had any issues with the equipment lately the blow dryers won't even dry the water off of your car you still leave with tons of water on your car also half the time the bays are out of service this morning the Middle Bay was the only one working paid for two times undercarriage wash and the under carriage wash portion wasn't even working. Bays are constantly closed for repair. Extremely long lines takes over an hour to get a wash. Also enjoy the dog wash. However, water is always cold and last time I was there there was no water pressure and only one room open. This used to be my favorite car wash company. Now the worst. read more

Not sure what is going on at this car wash, but it seems like the facility is in need of maintenance. I have gone here since it opened and had always been happy with the results, but I had problems with their automatic car wash the last two times I was there. The first problem occurred in the furthest bay on the west side. I paid for a wash that included undercarriage wash, but it only lasted a couple seconds - enough to get under my front bumper before quickly turning off. The second problem occurred yesterday in the middle automatic wash bay. The undercarriage wash and sides worked fine, but the top sprayers did not work properly, leaving me with a partially dirty and soapy car. And the blowers never descended, so other parts of my car were dripping wet when I left. I don't think I want to waste anymore of my money here, so I'll be looking for a new car wash. read more

Car wash does a great job when you can get in and it's functioning. Broken down more than it works. Then when it's working the line is so long you literally have to wait an hour for a car wash. Thrilled with Autowash thus far. It's nice to have a good car wash close by. I signed up for the monthly membership and find it to be a good value. We use the auto wash and vacuums regularly and even made use of the dog wash. Weekends can be a bit busy as you would expect. read more

I get off work late so finding a spot that open 24/7 is great! I was a little disappointed because my car was still pretty wet after going through the car wash. I got the "Complete" wash which got the job done besides the contour dry, it hardly took of any water. Also, my headlights were still dirty (a bit hard to see because the lights were on). read more

I just got the Superior Plus wash, a $17 car wash and not worth it. So for starters there is no "spotless" car wash as the machine does not dry the car sufficient. Then, as you are exiting the wash the bay door opens and drips water on the car again as you pull out. read more

A membership here is a great value! I can keep all 4 of my cars sparkling for only $35 a month (1 wash a day). HUGE improvement over where I used to go.
