Don't ever buy anything from PRIDE TRUCK SALES!!!!!! they sell as is even though it is not working…read morebefore out of the door. It is Fraud, the pictures on website or sent by sales are totally different. The Entire company is a disaster, don't ever trust anyone in the team, especially managing team, when manager says sales person is in charge but when the sales person screwed up, the manager says the sales person has no authority to do so. We wired money on 8/5/23, supposed to pick up the trailer on 8/28/23. nothing is being maintained as promised. and they decided the trailer is not worth to repair, and told us to pick a new one. After we picked a new one, but the freezer does not work, we decided not to purchase it, but the sales told us to get repaired and will be reimbursed. After we get it done and bring the invoice, the manager only reimburse $400, we have pay extra out of pocket $1000. We drive all the way from NY to IN, and spend 4 days over there, and cancelled the load booked on 8/28/23 which we thought will be able to make it. Did not get any reimbursement or discount at all from them. The manager and NY Sales rep accused keeping calling them. yeah they are the worst of worst. THEY ARE NOT SELL AS IS, THEY SELL WHATEVER THEY WANT!!!!!! if you don't want risk your business, stay away from this shit place !!!!!

And by the late 1950s, Wayne and his wife started a trucking company in Plymouth, Indiana. In 1964, Wayne sold the business to become an International Harvester Truck and Scout dealer. Today, our business has evolved into service, equipment sales, leasing, and full partnership with our customers. And although we've changed quite a bit since the 1930s, our perspective remains the same. We've been in your shoes. We know firsthand the importance of excellent service, fixing things right the first time, and getting back on the road. We know how critical it is to find the right people to do the job. Current president Tom Wiers is even named after a beloved technician and friend. And we know what it's like to have people counting on us. We know how daunting downtime can be. We've felt it. We've lived it. For nearly 100 years. Wiers is family owned and operated - large enough to meet the needs of even the most sizable fleets of all makes, and small enough to give you the personal attention that others just can't. Above all, we're here to work with you as a partner, not a vendor. That's how we've always done it, and how we always will.

First off, I normally don't write reviews, however the service that I received at JX in…read moreIndianapolis was so inadequate that I felt the need to write one for future customers and for the management and staff to review if they even look at the reviews. I came in with a transmission issue, understandably I am not going to have my equipment looked at the very same day I arrive; I understand that, I get that. After waiting 4 days and finally having it diagnosed that it was in fact a transmission issue and that I needed a new transmission it was ordered and it took 4 days to arrive. Understandably one day was Saturday and one day was Sunday but it still took 4 days to arrive. During the process of installing the transmission, they identified a couple other things that I needed and ordered those parts as well. All the parts taking far too long to actually be delivered and having an extreme difficulty in locating the parts because they were not in stock. Some of these parts were simple parts that should have been in stock but we're not. For a major dealer, in a high traffic area for trucks and centrally located like they are, I feel their stockage of repair and maintenance parts should have been much better. I have been sitting here for going on 3 weeks now to have some parts installed. If it were possible, I would take it to another dealer but that is not a possible option for me at this time. Understandably these parts are not parts that can be installed in 5 minutes, they do take a little bit of time, however 3 weeks to install these parts is beyond reasonable and acceptable. The night staff here at the shop has been wonderful to me. TJ, the nighttime service writer and Kevin the mechanic that has been working on it have been absolutely fantastic. They've done everything they could with what was available. They have gone above and beyond what they should have to do to try and accommodate me and get my truck out as quickly as possible. The problem is not the service writer or the mechanic working on it it's a deeper issue, problem within JX here itself. As it is right now, I would highly recommend not coming here for repairs. If you do, with the interactions I've had with the day shift, I would highly recommend coming in at night and talking to the service writer TJ. He and the entire night staff are the only ones that have seem to really be concerned with the condition of my equipment and the time it is taking. Even though they are critically understaffed on night shift, they have been in my opinion, performing far superior to the day shift which has 3 service writers and a full complement of mechanics. With the repairs taking as long as they have, I have a significant loss in revenue as well as an extremely high motel room bill for the nights I have been waiting. Also, if I had known it would have taken this long, I would have rented another truck to use while mine was in the shop. But each day, it appeared it would be completed that evening or the next but that never happened I would be very happy to discuss it with the JX management here if they would care to discuss this issue.

I would like to thank the service writer this morning for his pleasant and professional demeanor ironically, it has only been approximately his second week of employment as of the writing of this review. Great job young man!!! I also appreciate the attentiveness of the service technician, listening to my concerns as he endeavored to correctly, diagnose and ultimately make necessary repairs properly and promptly to my vehicle and finally to the young lady who finalized my bill, she made making payment a less than painful experience lol thank you ma'am. Overall I had three different encounters today each encounter was in and of themselves, Excellent in their service and professionalism. I would've rated this establishment with 5 stars had my first experience been more pleasant although these three individuals are themselves 5 star employees.
