I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a vehicle I purchased from your dealership. At the time of purchase, I was in urgent need of transportation due to issues with my current vehicle and the responsibility of transporting my granddaughter to and from school. Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicles I viewed was concerning, and one that I test-drove had significant noise issues that resembled a much larger mechanical problem. Due to my circumstances at the time, I proceeded with the purchase. However, shortly after, it became clear that the vehicle had serious mechanical issues. Within weeks, the car became inoperable and remained unusable for approximately a year until I could afford to repair the timing chain. I did reach out regarding this matter, but did not receive any assistance or resolution. This experience has left me feeling that the condition of the vehicle may not have been fully disclosed at the time of sale. Sidenote, his receptionist is a con artist as well. This place is a major scam. Purchased a missano blue 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia from them and the financing luckily never finalized because in just a few weeks I started having major mechanical issues with the vehicle. Coolant leaks, hood latch failure, warning lights, half the time it wouldn't start, a bunch of big cosmetic issues, bad battery, bad brakes. I reached out to the dealership with concerns about the issues with the vehicle and I was told if I didn't take the car back to them on their time and schedule (dealer is 2 hours away and offers no rental car assistance and this was my only transportation) that they would "Come get the vehicle themselves and keep my full $7000 down payment." I had to reach out and file a complaint with the attorney general and the secretary of state, who also found out that they forged signatures on legal documents. While I had open cases and also trying to estimate and figure repair cost, these people called a towing company with a fraudulent repossession certificate to try to steal the car and keep my money. Luckily the secretary of state forced them to refund my down payment and arrange for the dealer to pick up the vehicle with my money in hand. This same vehicle is now listed back on their website just a few days later (there is no way they fixed the issues I had with it in such a short time), AND THEY RAISED THE PRICE FROM $15,000 TO OVER $17,000. The truck I bought, drove it 8 days then the display on my truck all lit up. Had it checked and have 5 sensors out and 1 control arm. Service was great. They were super nice and helpful. However, I bought a 2018 Ford Focus and not even 3 miles into my drive home after buying the car, the transmission died and I was stuck at an intersection. I immediately took it back and they said it was "a recall that wasn't properly fixed." Would've been great to know before I bought it. Thankfully I was able to return it and get my money back. We visited several car lots looking to buy a cargo van. This was the best priced and the best condition fora van in our range. The sales team was friendly and did not pressure is. They offered us drinks and even some chips while we waited. The whole process was fairly quick, easy, and fun. Scammers. Sold me a car that has now sat in the shop for 3 weeks in order to get a new transmission. They cleared to codes before they sold it to me and those didn't reappear as a check engine light until 3 days after i finalized my contracts. I drove the car for a week and have owned it for a little over a month and have barely touched it while still paying on it. I took my son there today to buy his first financed car for 6300 a very nice 2008 ll bean outback with no credit but i was putting 1/3 down cash for him. I knew he was not going to get a good deal but what these guys did was the shadiest thing i have ever seen. They came back with a 9200 price on the car 307 per month and tried to tell me it was the finance company adding fees but mysteriously it wasn't in the fees section of the report it was added to the price of the car. I took my son to Hubler and for some reason there was no 2900 fee? He got his car a 2009 forester not the one he wanted but at least a fair price. Payments on a 6200 car with 2000 down 138 per month. These guys are as shady as it comes. My sales guy said he had never heard of the 2900 fee for no credit financing. Buyer beware. read more

I have been here a couple times over the last few weeks looking for a new car. The first guy I talked to whose name I did not catch was super nice and helpful. I went back today 05/09 to look at a few more cars that peaked my interested. First the 16' Sonata: Engine sounded weird, lights above the console taped up, sunglass holder broken and wouldn't stay up, powered seats broken on driver side. Not impressed so I took it back to look at the 14' Jeep. 14' Jeep: engine or transmission sounded awful (don't know a lot about cars.) when I took it back I just asked to look at a third car Basim, the manager said to look at a third car I had to be approved on their financing... excuse me? I have to be approved on your financing to test drive a car? Ok guess I'll just take my businesses... There are plenty of other places that offer no pressure test drives. I was really looking forward to traveling 200 miles to pick up a car at this dealership. I reached out, got all the information I needed, got approved for a loan, got my insurance set up. I reached out two days before going to get the car to see if I could make a deposit. I was told they don't feel comfortable accepting a deposit from out of state and, it should be good. Just received a calll late the day before going telling me that the car has been sold. I wasted hours and hours trying to make the sale happen at asking price and, it seems the dealership didn't care. read more

Bought a car in March/2023 and have had nothing, but issues with it. The staff were great and now I'm realizing why. Their cars are garbage. Carfax does not show everything so beware. Repairs needed: rotors pitted all the way around, a/c leak, turbo oil line leak, radiator replaced, windshield wiper transmission, serpentine belt and tensioner, water pump and the break downs just keep coming. A 9 year old car should not have these issues. I've put less than 1000 miles on this car since March 8th and 100 of those were driving the car home from the lot. Basim refunded $500.00/my deposit for the very first repair needed less than a week after buying because the exhaust was rusted off / the low catalytic converter was separated. The very first repair was $584.00 so I didn't even get the full amount for the first repair. The car has been broken longer than it has been driven. No one is THIS desperate for a car! I filed a complaint with AG's office. It doesn't matter how many times they change their name, their cars suck! Be prepared for karma from God because no one can protect you from doing people this way! read more

Just leaving an update from my last review... I paid the $300 to have my power steering flushed out because A2Z Auto replaced my power steering fluid with the wrong type... ONLY to find out it was too late!!!!! In order to fix the wrong doing A2Z Auto did to my car... it's going to cost me an additional $2000.00 to fix there mistake. If you need any kind of car then I suggest going here! I got my truck from them not even a year ago, upon purchasing I noticed the brakes and rotors were completely rusted and no good. I was told that if I purchased the brakes as well as the rotors they would put them on free or charge. Because of them wanting to fix them free of charge is why I gave them 1-star. The mechanics/ salesman did not act out with integrity because as a mechanic you should always inform the customer of any other issues at the time of servicing that area of the car. So they put the new brakes and rotors on rear rusted wheel bearings As well as put back on the locked up rusting calibers. If informed I would of had serviced as well. So now my rear wheel is completely fallen off. Once I called them about this they told me they don't service any of the cars PURCHASED only the ones being SOLD. Lol they are a JOKE!!!!! read more

In late July 2019 I called A2Z about a 2008 Ford F450 to tow my Fifth Wheel Trailer. I spoke with the "salesman" and he told me that this truck was in Great Condition and just by coincidence their mechanic was in the office and he gave him the phone. He told me that he was a Semi Truck Diesel Mechanic and told me that the only thing that was needed on this truck was to change the fluids. I told him that I am pulling a 15,000 Pound trailer and he said this truck will be perfect for it. Back to the salesman and I told him that I had a 200 mile drive to get there and he said that he has had a lot of interest on this truck and if I wanted it I would need to give him a $500 Deposit. Based on the mechanics description I went ahead and gave him my credit card. When we arrived there he gave us the keys and pointed to the back of the lot and told us to take it for a drive. As we approached the truck we noticed that all the windows were tinted to the point that you could not see in. I figured that this was minor and can be taken off. We opened the doors and it was very rough to do due to a lot of rust. As soon as we got in we smelled Cigarette smoke and it was being sold as a NON Smoker truck. Then I started it and within 30 seconds you could smell the Diesel Exhaust in the truck cab with the windows up. Starting to get worried about this truck but I drove 200 miles in heavy storms so I was going to drive it at least. The steering was VERY LOOSE as we pulled onto Keystone and as soon as I got it up to about 35 MPH it was far, far worse. At that point I decided against taking it on the highway and returned it to the dealer. I told him that I would be putting others as well as ourselves lives at risk by trying to pull a 15,000 pound trailer with this truck. I asked that he credit my card back the $500 and he said NO. NOT AT ALL. We left and filed a claim with our credit card immediately. It took this dealer over 2 months to sell this wreck with numerous prices reductions. . So, at this point this dealer is keeping my $500 until the dispute is settled with the credit card company. I feel that I was lied to however I can not confirm that as I would probably get SUED for it by this dealer. In the end, I recommend that anyone who is considering buying from here DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU DRIVE IT. BETTER YET, FIND ANOTHER DEALER. read more

I recently had to get a new car, as my passed down car was no longer cutting it. This was difficult because I had zero credit and I had been to probably 5/6 dealerships before this one telling me "Sorry! No!" I had pretty much lost hope before coming to A2Z and they were determined to getting me into a beautiful car at an incredibly fair price! They worked with me through everything and reassured us the entire time! So kind and helpful! Now with this being said the reason I can not give this 5 stars is because there are small things within the car that maybe weren't the best, granted they very well may have not known about these issues so I don't necessarily think it was sneaky on their part. I got a pop up on my screen saying that I needed to service my parking assist (not a huge deal for me but would have been a nice thing to have) further on, one of my tires got low and wouldn't keep air in so having to get a new tire, as well as the break pads started sounding really bad like one day after I purchased the car so I'm needing to go in to get those looked at. I don't want to necessarily dock the dealership on these issues because I am unsure if they knew about them just something to take into consideration and something no one wants to deal with after purchasing a car. read more

The car is sold as is but they told us to take it to our mechanic if we want on Monday since we couldn't today because our mechanic was already closed for the day.
