They replaced the car speakers, microphone & rear camera at the same time. When I said i couldn't afford something expensive the sales person offered to look in the back for something already in inventory that could work for me. He explained product differences & steered me away from things that cost extra that might be too big for my dashboard. He was kind & informative. Super knowledgeable. When I came to pick up my car the owner actually took the time to configure my system. He paired it to my phone set the sound settings & taught me how to use everything. He even made sure I left with an extended warranty. It was obvious that the owner genuinely cared about me. The shop is clean, reasonable & very responsive. The technician that actually installed everything I bought told me he loves working for the owner who's a really good guy. I'll refer everyone I know to this location. The team there is wonderful!

This was one of the worst service experiences I've had…read more I was quoted one price over the phone. After the work was done, the price suddenly increased. I questioned it but was put in an uncomfortable position and ended up paying. After I got home, I realized my backup camera wasn't working so I had to go back to get an additional one installed with the same situation of charging more vs what was quoted. That is not transparent or professional. When I later went back because the camera system in my car was not working, he claimed I had never even been there before, despite the fact that I had proof of my previous visit. Instead of taking accountability, he denied it outright. The entire interaction felt dishonest and incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the way I was spoken to was dismissive and condescending. I did not feel respected, and I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting fair pricing or straightforward communication. If you choose to go here, get absolutely everything in writing beforehand and be prepared to stand your ground. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I wish I could give negative stars for this piece of shit "company". AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Save…read moreyourself the massive annoyance that I had to go through with them. Originally I wanted to get this interlock for the wireless aspect. Stupid and not worth it. It has to be plugged in regardless to charge. I had an appointment and on the day of install, the tech was a no show because he said he didn't get the unit mailed to him. After I drove an hour and a half to get it installed. Should have been a red flag. I was going to go with a company local to me instead but he called me the next day and told me he would drive to where I live just to make up for the day before. Cool, works for me. From the beginning, the interlock itself had issues linking therefore I couldn't start my car. I had to turn it off and on about 10 times just to get it to link. Go inside a store for 5 minutes? It SHOULD have an active screen and link right away. Nope. It would go black and I would go through the same blood boiling process every time I turned the car off. It's much worse than it sounds. Going through that multiple times a day is enough to make you go insane. But just to ensure you go completely bonkers, there's the so called customer service. Expect to listen to the worst symphony music instead of a ring until someone decides to answer. It might say your wait time is 2 minutes but it's really 10. Then you get a terrible connection, constant cutting out, and employees who don't know what theyre doing. They say they'll set up your auto pay? Nope you have to call back the next month to pay. They say they'll call you back? They won't. Prepare to make another long ass phone call. Say they'll replace your unit? They actually will.. but they'll send you a defective one. By far the worst experience with any company I've ever had. Period. Hate Comcast? Times that by ten and you have Blow and Drive. Im convinced it's ran by a bunch of idiot stoners who don't give a shit about you or their product. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, just pay the extra $20 or whatever a month for a company that actually provides a decent service. Do not go down the rabbit hole. 0/10 would notttttt recommend even to my worst enemy.
