Shows the damage 9 days before the purchase that was not disclosed.

My name is Angelo Troia, and I am eighteen years old. On December 14, 2023, I purchased a 2018 BMW 540i RWD, which was listed for $27,999 with approximately 24,000 miles. Prior to visiting the dealership, I contacted them to confirm the vehicle was in good condition. Upon arrival, the dealership presented a Carfax report that indicated the car had no prior structural damage. Relying on this information, my parents and I negotiated the purchase, which included additional fees, including a $3,000 charge for certification. The total cost amounted to $35,000. Some time after the purchase, while driving to an Eagles tailgate, the vehicle's rear axle suddenly failed at a toll. The car became immobile, and I had to have it towed to BMW of Turnersville in New Jersey. The repair estimate from BMW was $24,000. Before proceeding with the repairs, I sought a second opinion from another mechanic. This mechanic provided me with an accurate Carfax report, which revealed that the vehicle had, in fact, been involved in a significant accident and sustained structural damage prior to my purchase. I have been working with my attorney, Mr. Silber, for the past month to seek a refund from the dealership, but they have refused. We believe we have a strong case and are preparing to enter arbitration. I would caution others against doing business with this dealership, as they appear to be deceptive. Customers risk purchasing damaged vehicles that may require extensive repairs at their own expense. And the picture below is the car-fax they gave me and also the real one that's the mechanic sent me. Autopia

STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPIA MOTORCARS !!! Beware !!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!! They added $10,000 to my vehicles financed price without me knowing. I'm in contact with the State Attorneys office now and a lawyer and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Do not Trust this place if you are financing a car. They will try to rip you off. They pulled this scam on many other buyers. They do not deserve to have a dealers license. Pics attached proving what they did !!!!! Also, in NJ it is against the law to sell a car for more than the advertised price.

I live in California and I tried buying a car. Asked multiple times for break down and OTD price because I needed it to go get the check from my bank. They insisted on me talking to finance and I told them I just need the breakdown for my bank. Gave them my info and they said okay. Finance guy still called and I knew he wanted to ask me to finance with them. I said I have navy fed and all I need is the print out of break down and OTD. He said okay I'll get that to you no more than an hour. Well that was this morning . They called me again to ask how they can help .. clearly they are all over the place because they didn't know I already spoke to finance. I reach out to see what's going on and they said they are too busy . I am in sales and it takes 5 mins to send a break down . And this is what one of the team members texted me.. " I understand but it's difficult to work with customers that aren't in person as we put priority to the customers who make appointments and come down to the dealership or customers that walk in. Whenever the finance managers have the time to get back to your inquiry, they will get it done as soon as they can or even better, they can explain everything over the phone!" All they had to do is send me the break down and they would have sold a car today . I am in sales and we deal with people nation wide and as a salesman nothing better than a phone deal where all I gotta do is send them the numbers / take a deposit . No haggle .. super simple . But no they rather deal with people just wanting to look and text drive and waste their time over a done deal over the phone . Very disappointed.. especially with their good reviews .. like how come I didn't get treated like everyone else .

He claimed the car could be made "certifiable" for $5,000. It wasn't my first time buying a car, so I walked out right away. We stopped by Route 22 Honda without an appointment and were greeted by Juan David. We asked if they had any 2023 CPO CR-V EX-Ls available. He let us know they only had one on the lot and offered to show it to us. Unfortunately, we didn't like the color combination. He then checked their database and other lots for inventory that matched our preferences. Juan brought over a senior sales manager, Gio, who confirmed they didn't have the year and spec we were looking for anywhere in their system. He suggested considering a new CR-V instead. While we weren't planning to buy new, we appreciated the suggestion and were open to the conversation. What stood out was that neither Gio nor Juan pressured us or tried to push a sale. They were transparent about the out-the-door pricing and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs; no games or endless "let me check with my manager" delays. In the end, we purchased a brand-new 2026 CR-V from them. The price was fair, but more importantly, we were well taken care of. One thing I didn't like, though it's more about the dealership than Juan or Gio, is that they charge a fee for using a credit card. Covering credit card processing fees is part of running a business, and they shouldn't be passing that cost on to customers

I had to get SOA involved. this was a known issue with this model. it took them 3 trys to install properly. the third try, at least it functioned, but was not up to par cosmetically. they gave me a loaner car for which they charged me several hundred dollars for what should have been a warranty claim. I had them do a tune up, including a 5 tire rotation, as per manual. They only did (hopefully) a 4 tire rotation. I know the full sized spare wasn't rotated, since I marked it. If they cant even do a tire rotation properly, Can I really trust them to do anything? Also do they not realize a person, in a jam may pay the 'market adjustment' . But youre going to have a hard time rebuilding trust if they ever want to sell this person another car. They failed at this.
