He screams at you over the phone and every other word is a curse. Somehow this company exists on a list of Progressive Accident Assistance response clients, but I cannot imagine why. I went back to get it and paid for the battery and diagnostics and while vehicle was warming up (winter) it died. They came out and took a look at it and said we will need to look at it closer. Needless to say I live in Shakopee so they needed a day, not convenient. They came back and said it needed a new fuel pump. Standard fuel pump labor is 3 hours and they charged me 4.5, checked with two other shops. But that is not all, I had a full tank of gas and when I came back they said I had no gas in the tank (30 g. tank) and they had to put gas in it so it cost me an extra $250 in gas. Terrible place.

We were driving from Oakdale by the way. This morning, we drop the car off at 8:30am. I get a call from him at 4:45pm telling me that he never got to the car and to come pick it up. That's a TON of wasted time and lost wages. I get there and all he says to me is, "I have openings starting on Wednesday." I will NEVER go back to The Wonderful Muffler Man (which is hilarious as his personality is the literal opposite of "wonderful").
