I was impressed with the service I received throughout the whole process. It was not my best day when I called and spoke with Heather. She really helped me understand the whole process. And just her friendliness and kindness helped heal my broken spirit. They helped me coordinate a rental through Enterprise, at both drop-off off and pick-up. It was perfectly seamless. The Ham Lake location was a little backed up due to staff shortages. I okay'd having my car "shipped" to a secondary location for the actual repairs. It ended up in Sauk Rapids and they were just as wonderful with customer service communication. Getting my first look at my car after repairs were done, it looked so pretty! Can't even tell anything was broken in the first place. Thank you for all your help. Oh, and repairs were finished early which meant I could get it back in my possession a day early (Thursday). Which was helpful due to that final day (Friday) being logistically busy. Plus my rental coverage would become exhausted on Saturday, so I couldn't wait until Monday for picking out back up. Everything worked out perfectly. I recommend this business (and these 2 locations, Ham Lake and Sauk Rapids) to anyone needing autobody work!

They worked with us to get the car in and done while we had access to another one so we didn't have to get a rental. Turnaround was so quick! They had the car finished and complete in just 4 days and the bumper on that car is now the best looking thing on it! Great family run business, gave me updates, and I appreciated having a clear completion date that they surely stuck to! Cost was exactly as my insurance paid me out so that was another thing I really appreciated. We had gone to Abra in the past and they had one of my cars for a minor door scrape/dent for 31 whole days! Never again going back there and will definitely be heading back to Roger's for all our future auto body repair needs!

They provided an estimate that was in line with other estimates, they had a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car into the shop, they made all the communications with the insurance companies, gave me regular updates on the progress and any additional work to be done once they disassembled the rear bumper and panels, let me know when the car was completed and took care of the rental at the shop when I came in to pick up my car. All this with a smile and professionalism. Oh yes . . . and they detailed the whole interior (never seen my car so clean) and the work they did was perfect.
