We looked for what we needed, i walked around because i didn't actually need anything. While my bf had a question, the guy answered it and attempted to look it up for us. After that we figured it out but i listened to the employees chatting while my bf finished up. The employees literally hate their jobs. It was the conversation they were actively having. The one guy who opened the door was complaining about how he handled a call with a customer, the was complaining about the job. The girl was agreeing. Then another employee walked in and literally said that he hated his job. Do not work in customer service if you don't want to handle customers... it's that simple. Your entire job is customer service, if you don't like it find something else, but complaining in-front of countless customers is ridiculous, and sad.

I had to exchange wiper blades since I got the wrong ones (who knew there were 12" front wipers? I needed a rear one.) Even though it was not out on the rack, they quickly located the one I needed. I'll keep this location in mind since it is handy on my way to work. Pretty much a standard Advance: not huge, but a decent selection of tools and accessories out front, and a huge parts area behind the counter.

From then on it was great: he suggested an alternative, and understood what I was trying to do. Got it, paid a reasonable price, and left. I don't do much on my car anymore. But I do know a fair amount about it. And this pretty much lived up to my memories/stereotypes of NAPA, vs. other auto parts stores: they know what they're doing, they are more for professionals than amateurs, and they don't have as big a selection as other places. Check the other ones first, and come here if you need something more hard to find or need better advice.

But with my "check engine" light having come on in my car, and some deft googling on my phone, (while stopped.) I was told in the FAQs of several automotive repair forums that I found that any auto parts shop should have the ability to read the car's computer to determine why the light had insisted on coming on in the first place. "What luck!" I thought to myself as I looked up to see a NAPA store readily approaching. I'm not sure what gave away that I was out of my element, but the associate who came over to help me made it clear that he knew that I did not belong. I regrouped and asked if they could give me a reading as to why my check engine light had just come on. The clerk stared at me and said, "No, we don't do that." "Do you know someone who might, or do I need to go to a garage?" I asked as the clerk turned away. "Auto-Zone will do it." and with that he disappeared into the stacks again. While I understand that this may even be corporate policy, I am not eager to go back into a store where I felt unwelcome, and was in fact sent to a different auto parts store a mile away.

I called in before going to make sure and was told 20 was the max unless the bin was at capacity....which it wasn't but your manager as this location refused to take my oil, and gave me the worst service. Was upset that I used the word bullshit because he refused me, said I was using bad words. But when I was leaving he decides it's okay to use bad words with me. The other manager there is going to cover for him because when I called to complain she made it out to be a me issue when she wasn't there the whole time.

Purchased a "New" Camper Shell for our vehicle. In no step…read moreof the process we were alerted that this camper shell was installed and used by another person for approx 7 months and then returned to Funtrail Vehicle Accessories. When we found out about the discrepancies called in and a very rude and condescending mannered representative named Eric stated "The Camper Shell is New to you, so it's New" We brought this up to the owner of Funtrail Vehicle Accessories and he admitted that it was used. This Camper Shell indeed is not new, it is Used and in "Good" Condition, Not "Excellent" or "Like New/Certified Refurbished/Fixed" There was half witted fixes, poorly repaired chips in the paint, the back door does not close properly what so ever and minimal water proofing. The owner offered to fix the problems free of charge and try and get us the manufacturer warranty in our name. Which is a fix if the issues this could have been avoided if they were completely transparent with their business practices and made it fully aware that we were purchasing a used camper shell. We brought it in for the repairs 1/5/2022 and the door still doesn't shut properly. Funtrail Vehicle Accessories did add silicone sealer go further water proof it. So that's a plus The door doesn't close properly still even though it closes "9 out of 10 times" as stated by the installing technician. The paint chips are still unsightly and paint has not been offered to be fixed/repaired, as well as no manufacturer warranty because the item is used, however we were referred to go on the website and register ourselves. So we will try and do that if it lets us After writing a review on Google, Yelp and Facebook 1/5/2022 We were asked to reach out again and after discussing we are receiving a NEW Camper Shell in 3 months to replace the one we purchased.
