I am so disappointed in this dealership. They did everything they could to "help me" leave with a…read morevehicle. I paid $5,500.00 as a down payment, kept my monthly payments and still had issues with the vehicle having to replace the catalytic converters, repeatedly purchase new tires due to a bad alignment that couldn't be fixed without further work being done to the front end of the vehicle. Fast forward, less than a year later and more than $3,000 out of my pocket in maintenance and repairs, the engine blew. I asked the dealership if they could either help with the repairs, trade out the vehicle, or zero out the remaining balance of just over $3,000. They told me no because "they didn't have any vehicles coming in at that time". I took my records in showing how much money I put into the vehicle and like an idiot, left them on the desk. When I called to ask for them, they didn't know where the documents were so I was unable to send copies to the lender. I now have a repossession on my record and am without a vehicle. This place was so scandalous and I'm just hurt that they would do that to somebody. Just be careful when purchasing a vehicle from them.

Since I bought a Hybrid this is especially appealing because other wise it means going to a dealership or finding a certified hybrid repair business. Vishav was my sales rep today. So friendly and helpful, I can't say enough about how helpful he was. He made my car buying experience easy and stress free. I had wanted to buy locally but they just didn't have the inventory of hybrids that I was looking for. CarMax has all the inventory you could want.
