Just finished our 3rd purchase from this dealership after being loyal customers for over 5 years. Unfortunately, this experience didn't match the high standards we've come to expect from Audi. We were told multiple times the car would be ready "in an hour," but after waiting for hours, we left and were promised delivery--which didn't happen. The next day, the car still wasn't properly prepped: it wasn't washed or detailed, and the ResistAll we paid for hadn't been applied. Disappointing experience overall compared to our past visits. That said, I do want to recognize the positives. Daniel in finance worked hard to get us to a number we were comfortable with, and Gary caught details that saved us nearly $700 in registration fees. A special thank you to Cooper, who took initiative to resolve our issues and concerns and truly turned the experience around--he treated us like family, made sure the car was fully detailed with the ResistAll applied, and personally delivered the car to our home. A few hours later, I received a personalized video from Perez walking me through everything they had tried, and to my surprise, they replaced the battery at no charge to me! I would leave 0 stars if I could. I bought a used 2024 Silverado 3500 High Country and it took the finance manager almost 3 days to give me answers for what the rate and terms would be. I will say my credit is not the best, but almost three days and over 25 inquries on my credit is ridiculous. Come to find out a week after I bought the truck, the automatic passenger running board stopped working after binding and making a griding noise for about 4 or 5 cycles. I ended up just taking the running boards off because it is a used vehicle and the extended warranty that i paid thousands for conveniently didn't cover it. The last straw was when I took the vehicle to the local dealership to have recall work done, just to find out the metal key that detaches to unlock the spare tire lock and driver door is for a different vehicle. Since the spare has to come out for the module replacement for the recall, it could not be done. When I spoke to Jacob, the salesman who ghosted me as soon as I found issues with the truck, he said his manager would call me and address the issue. This was after the used car manager said im out if luck because it was a used car sold as is. I have called Jacob 3 more times over the past week and have not heard an answer from anyone.They sold me a vehicle with the wrong key, and apparently that is my problem now according to the used car manager. I am contacting the Califonia Department of Consumer Affairs, the BBB, and the Bureau of Automotive Repair over this. You would think after you were sold a vehicle with the incorrect key, they would fix it, but instead I have been blown off. The staff at this dealership dont care about their customers once the sale is made. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I brought my car in for rodent damage and was sorely disappointed from start to finish. I was never given a loaner car, there was squirrel crap all over my engine after the work was completed, someone else's paperwork with their personal information was left in my car, and my car was filthy when I picked it up. I went in friday trying to find the right car for me and making sure I left happy . I didn't get to leave Friday night with anything but I left today with just the right car for me. I purchased a 2025 Audi A6 the end of April 2026 as an out-of-state buyer. While my salesperson, Eric, provided a great purchasing experience and was professional throughout the sale, everything after the purchase has been extremely disappointing. I still do not have my title transfer completed as of today, which means I have been unable to register my vehicle or obtain temporary tags. Despite making monthly payments on a vehicle I legally cannot drive, the issue remains unresolved. The biggest frustration had been the lack of communication. My finance representative, Gary, has not followed up as promised, does not return phone calls, and has provided little to no updates regarding the status of my paperwork. I have repeatedly had to reach out myself, only to leave messages, compose emails and receive no response at all. If you are purchasing locally, your experience may be different, but as an out-of-state buyer, the post-sale support has been poor. The lack of follow-up, communication, and urgency has turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a frustrating experience. I appreciate Eric's excellent customer service during the sale, but the dealership's handling of the title and registration process after the purchase has fallen below my expectations. read more

I brought my car into Audi Bakersfield because the battery and engine warning lights were on and it was making strange noises. From the beginning, Paul was rude, dismissive, and acted like my concerns weren't serious. Which I found out later, he's not even a mechanic . They ended up keeping my car for a week and doing repairs, because the warning lights were from real concerns , like I said. I still felt talked down to the entire time and basically arguing to prove there was something wrong with my car & it wasn't just from leaving my phone charger plugged in like he suggested. Then after returning the loaner car, I was accused of smoking in it and charged a $100 cleaning fee even though I did NOT smoke in the vehicle. They admitted the car only "smelled" like smoke, but there was no ash, damage, or proof that I smoked in it. I confirmed I did not smoke in the vehicle and signed my receipt . Before I left the facility I told staff I want to make sure everything is clear , because I don't want to leave and be charged a fee later . I was told everything was good . The next morning , I received an updated receipt with a smoking fee charge . When I called about it, management was rude and basically told me that even without proof, no ash , no residue , BECAUSE I DID NOT SMOKE IN IT ! I would still be charged because "$100 isn't that expensive." It IS expensive when you're accusing someone of something that never happened. He said he had to deep clean the seats & an unnecessary detailing which makes no sense because again no one smoked in the vehicle. Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I actually rated this facility a 5 star when I was helped by Matt. My first visit with Matt was great , in & out, no issues . But after this experience with Paul and the service director , I definitely WILL NOT be returning and deleted my 5 star rating from my first experience. read more

Went to audi with our whole family, got down and met this person Paul who was just writing things down, didn't ask any questions up until we went to his desk where he was very dry, asked him how much it'd be to get our seatbelt replaced, and he was very dry about it, not giving us a price, also making it seem like we can't afford his business, didn't offer us a rental, nor a lyft, nothing. Said it would take days, the Audi in Fresno said it'd get fixed the day of. What type of Car Dealer lets go of $3-4,000 worth of business? This was by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I came in to look at an Audi Q7 that was advertised on their website. The test drive went fine, but everything after that was a nightmare. When it came time to discuss the offer, they had increased the price by $4,000 from the online listing, claiming it was for a "protective coating" they had already applied and cannot take off. How outrageous is that? After going back and forth, they finally agreed to remove the charge... but it didn't stop there. Each time they brought back a new offer, there were extra fees hidden in the fine print. By the time we got to the final sales agreement, they had added a $6,000 "premium coverage" plan that I never agreed to. When I pointed it out, the finance guy, Daniel, became rude and tried to rush the process, saying he had to get home soon and was not getting paid overtime. I've never encountered someone who seemed to dislike their job as much as Daniel did. His attitude and lack of professionalism made the entire process unpleasant. It was clear he was hoping I'd sign without catching the extra charges. At that point, I walked out. I called to make an appointment over the phone with them to have my AC repaired under my extended warranty. After the lady on the phone looked up my vehicle and warranty she scheduled it. I drove 30 minutes to their lot and the gentleman behind the counter told me I had to have the vehicle for 30 days before he could service it. I've had the vehicle for 29 days. They wasted over an hour of my day for a 1 day difference and the lady on the phone could have just told me that and not wasted my time. Terrible customer service. read more

When I went in the following day alone, assuming he forgot who I am he was very rude and sarcastic the way he spoke to me. So just expect some discrimination if you're a female. Unfortunately, just had a fairly miserable experience with this dealership where they listed the car online for one price, and once negotiations were all but completed for a sale, they "found" about $3000 (or about 8% of the total car price) more in "optional" features that turned out to not be optional at all. This wasted a few days of both mine and their time, so I'm not sure what the point of this was. The folks at Audi are quick to return calls and they scheduled my wife for an oil change and fluid check prior to a trip out of town. Newer Audis only get the oil changed every 10k miles, so when the oil check light came on again after 3k miles, they brought it back in to top it off at no additional charge, and my wife was out of there within 20 minutes.. They say that the cars sometimes burn oil, so I only pay for one oil change per 10k, and they will keep an eye on the oil levels. They washed my wife's car, and even offered a complimentary Lyft if needed. Great service! read more

I bought an S5 and had to jump through hoops to get an issue fixed. The license plate holder was installed incorrectly on my car & was cracked where the screws go & I had to call multiple times to get ahold of anyone that could help. All I needed was a replacement to be sent out & I can install it myself but no. They told me to come to the dealer so they can "see" if it's actually cracked. I live in LA. I made the drive up, waited 25 min in the waiting room only for them to tell me that it is cracked and they can order me one. So I had to drive over an hour just to be told that I was correct. They didn't even have it in stock to give it to me there. I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to send it to me. Second issue was they never gave me my 10 digit vehicle code to use to set up Audi Connect. Apparently my sales guy had "lost" it and that they'd look for it. How is a dealership so unorganized that they lose a vital piece of info like that? I called Audi and they told me that the number is a one time code given to vehicle attached to the VIN and that they can't give me another one. So long story short, I can't set up Audi Connect. read more

My fiancé and I were excited to come test drive an Audi on our one day off this week. We were greeted by Gill and explained to him exactly what we're were looking for. From the moment we walked in he seemed like he had no idea what was on the lot. He kept asking this guy Mike for all of his answers because he virtually knew nothing that was available. He was very pushy as well, we explained we wanted a used car and he kept insisting on us purchasing a new one instead countless times. Once we test drove he didn't explain to us how the car turned on or any of the control features. As if we were stupid for not knowing already. He kept speaking over us, interested in showing/talking to us about everything we didn't want, was argumentative and started calling my fiancé "bro" when he was frustrated. Terrible customer service experience from Gill. No sales representative should speak in an unprofessional manner with you nor explain why his "sales experience" is the reason why he knows what he's taking about (defending himself). We asked a simple question "which side is the gas can" and he didn't even know that than became frustrated that we kept asking questions... Time for an update!! This is strictly for Service...Matt Costello is who i go to 95% of the time for my service needs weather it be warranty or anything for my car. I love dealing with him...I have Never had any issues regarding the impeccable service i receive here. I come in and am treated amazing from start to finish. That doesn't even include just basic maintenance anything that i have needed is just done without question. He is one of the nicest people i have EVER dealt with at a dealer service center period..(you too Karina :) lol... I've said in my previous reviews that other dealerships of a different brand i have had freaking nightmare service experiences!!! I actually enjoy coming here and Omg he sends me off in the most sweet loaner not kidding top of the line A6 wise at least which is so great to drive something like you already have not some lower end car like at other dealerships. I've been coming her for 4 years now.
