I contacted George, asked for a quote, he was out at my house in no time. With a reasonable quote I hired him on the spot. It took his team about a day to knock out this beautiful fence. Our project turned out great and I am confident that if we need to have them back for any reason, they will be here to help! I've been around awhile and was also somewhat skeptical of NCIW after reading some of the past…read more reviews (2017-2019) but after meeting Fernando Jr who has taken over the family business, I came away confident that he was the one to do my project. We replaced my wood railing with a custom modern iron design that he copied exactly from a photo I showed him. He is honest, totally knowledgeable and hands on. He personally came out to measure, do templates and installed the railing on time with his helper. Install went without a hitch and very careful and respectful of your home. He gave us the best price and was communicative all along the process and right on the money timewise. As he got to work, he continued to walk us through each step so I always understood what where we were at in the process. It's rare to find someone who not only does quality work but also takes the time to educate you along the way.

From the very first call, Joe was amazing...so kind, responsive, and easy to work with. You can just tell he truly cares about his customers. They did a quick tear down and completely replaced our vinyl fence, plus added new gates, and everything turned out BEAUTIFUL. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The crew was efficient, respectful, and left everything clean when they were done. What really stood out to me was how fair their pricing was honestly the best deal we found, especially for the level of craftsmanship we received. It's not easy finding a company you can trust, but H&H absolutely delivered. If you're looking for someone reliable who does high-quality work and treats you like family, ask for Joe. We are so grateful and will 100% be recommending them to everyone we know!

I would recommend having them break up pricing, material cost and labor cost, for us they did not and I would have liked that. And finally, please be patient with response or continue to ask for one because they are not good at same day and even next day response, and I referred my sister and she was not too happy with that part of their business. But if you stick with the texting, and keep following up, you will get a response in the end. And you will be super pleased, with the results. To sum it up, great work, great guys, poor communication, but totally worth the frustration.

It's very unusual to find services that communicate well and do good work for a reasonable cost…read more I've worked with dozens of construction-related companies in the area, and I notice time after time that most crews have a "not my house" mentality. This just can't be said about Sergio. I doubt he knew, but I noted him double checking post heights, color matching zip ties, making sure corners were tight on the wind screen, returning a wind screen when he didn't like the quality that he received, etc. You may think a fence is basic, but anything done carelessly has the potential to look awful. Sergio takes his job seriously, what more can you want?

When we were done, she told me that she would have the estimate to me by the next day. Well, it is four days after the appointment and I still haven't received it. I was really hoping to receive their estimate because I wanted to give them my business. I read their Yelp reviews and thought they would be a company that I would trust. It wasn't like my job requirement was small, it wasn't. I don't chase any company to take my money, so I will not be chasing this one. I will say that I don't have anything good or bad to say, but I am indifferent on the way my request for a quote was handled. I wish this company well, and hope they can use my post as a learning lesson for customer satisfaction. I give them a one star rating only because of them not following up. The one star is not an indicator of quality or performance,, as in cannot attest to them.
