I asked if they had time to take me in and after a few questions and because I'm visiting from far away, he told me to come in! Edward is very personable. His care and concern for my safety is very much appreciated. Listening to him deal with his customers from the lobby, it's evident that he truly cares. This…read moreco-worker raved about his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to help her drop off her car, take her to work, and pick her back up when the car was ready. The first time I used the VS, I called him about a fuel injector issue with my car. Ron asked that I try to fix it with an fuel additive first. I was thankful that he suggested something that would try to save me money in the end. While the car needed more service the VS was more than happy to help and my car ran great afterwards. My most recent experience with my 12 year car, Ron was not able to diagnose and insisted on not even charging us. Again his honesty came in to play and makes me realize I am really in good hands with this particular mechanic. If you are looking for honesty, kindness, and professionalism, this is the place to go. Even if it is for a quick oil change. Before I bring my car anywhere I will bring it to Ron.
