If you buy a car or truck here, expect to be hounded by endless emails and USPS letters. I did finally get them to turn off the emails, but I still get letters every month. I have talked and emailed them multiple times, yet these folks seem entirely uncanaple of sending me the same thing. Buy my perfectly good 6.2L truck and replace it with another low displacement V8 that has horrible performance and reliability (the 5.3L). If they can't even get stopping mail right, what do you expect for care of your vehicle? Plus, they sold me a used truck, but couldn't find the password for the electronic systems, they gave me 3 keys, 2 of which work, and we all know they are not the cheapest place to buy a gmc. You tell him exactly what you want and expect, He agrees, then delivers the cheapest quality possible. We spent over $110k on a new truck and wanted the bed to be a 100% match to the cab. We received a paint job that A child can peal paint off with their fingernail. "Commercial Truck Guy" is NOT clear with communication and does not care that you have everything in writing of what you want. He will give you whatever he can make the most profit with. read more

How dealership used to be and should be. That is the the sentence I would use to describe this dealership. I inquired about a 22 Canyon AT4 online late Saturday night. I recieved a response from Kelly Hendershot Sunday morning and I picked up my truck Monday. Not only did they have the truck I was looking for on the lot but NO mark-up. In the current market I didn't expect to haggle on the price. No mark-up was enough for me. But that's not the reason for the 5 stars. When I arrived at the dealership Kelly greeted me at the door. He was welcoming and pleasant. Not like talking to a sales rep at all. More like talking to your neighbor. He showed me the truck and sent me on a quick test drive before sitting down to finish the paperwork. The process was fluid, didn't feel like I was just sitting around waiting on them. Kelli in financing was also wonderful. She didn't do the typical pushy sales pitch to push on additional add-on to the purchase of my truck. Overall, the experience reminded me of when I purchased my first vehicle. A very pleasant memory. More recently, everytime I've been to other dealerships, I had to search for a sales rep because although they see you, noone bothers to even get up from the desk or look up from their cell phones forcing you to actually ask for a sales rep and usually the one you ask is the rep that ends up showing you the vehicle. Then you end up waiting around while the rep goes in search of the vehicle and the keys for you to take a look at. Then wait some more while they take pictures or copies of your license, etc... I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Me, the customer waiting on them to get their act together. But here, they run at my pace. I really appreciate that. It was well worth the 80 mile drive to visit this dealership and to deal with Kelly. Definitely ask for Kelly Hendershot when looking for your next purchase at this dealership. read more

Really wanted to give this Business negative stars but the app won't let me ! AVOID this dealership at ALL cost! We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and it continues to be an ongoing nightmare!!! The vehicle we bought had major issues with the brakes and a torn boot. 45 minutes into the drive home from the purchase, the warning light came on which was shocking and distressing. In addition a 2+ hour drive home in torrenting rain and one of the worst storms in years! It was tenuous at best as the lights indicated brake issues!! Fast forward and this supposed family run business refuses to acknowledge or accept responsibility for the issues with the vehicle. My home dealership validated brake pads that were below acceptable standards and a torn CV boot. All issues which were present before we purchased the vehicle. These people knew the condition of the vehicle and still marketed it as a car that had passed inspection!! Not only is this illegal but immoral to send anyone out in a vehicle that you are well aware has brake issues!!! Your denial of responsibility speaks to your complete lack of integrity and character. The irony is the fact that you were in business for 60 plus years is what drew us your business. DON'T be fooled, they have zero credibility and won't be in business much longer!!!!!BUYER BEWARE! Would definitely NOT recommend the autobody shop. I bought my car from Silveira months before someone side swiped my parked car, therefore, I brought it to get repaired. Not only did it take two weeks to fix(the damage wasn't bad) but they gave me my car back with my headlights out and my door button to unlock with my key fob not working. The man working in the office tried to tell me I probably brought it in with the lights not working. I just bought the car from them months before and I drove that night before I dropped it off with everything working. He also told me I probably use it with my high beams, so I had to tell him I knew when high beam lights are on. So back to the shop for them to fix what they messed up, turns out he didn't want to fix my original lights because they're "blue lights" and they're illegal, but I BOUGHT THE CAR WITH THESE LIGHTS at the dealership!!! He replaced them with regular lights without my consent. He made it seem like it was my problem and Tried to make it out like I was lying, but really They were being untruthful. I took it for a scratch repair and got my New car back with problems that I never had!!!! The lights I bought with my car were more expensive and I bought it when they sold me my car. My fiancé and I visited this dealership on 05/26/19 looking to lease a brand new GMC Acadia. After Mitch approached us, we let him know what we were looking for and he seemed eager to help. We test drove a new vehicle and loved it. They even had the color we wanted which was in their "storage lot" nearby. When we were in the storage lot, Mitch proceeded to disparage GMC for falsely advertising their lease deals online and told us we could have to pay nearly double what GMC's website advertises. We understood the deal didn't include tax, title, license fees, etc. in the initial quote and that more money down may be necessary. Once we arrived back at the dealership we tried showing Mitch where we found the lease advertisement online and their internet was not working....ok. He had absolutely no clue what deal we were referring to, which was on GMC's website. We asked him to calculate what down payment would be required for us to put down so that we could take the car we wanted home that day. He left for roughly 20-30 minutes and never returned. We were shocked since this business has such good reviews. It feels like those people have very low standards or were duped. I've bought roughly 10-15 cars in my life from reputable dealerships to poorly run dealerships. This was by far the worst experience for me to date. We were located pretty far from the dealership and Bruce was very upfront and honest about the vehicle as well as provided additional pictures to ensure that our transaction went smoothly. Really can't say enough good things about Bruce's support throughout the transaction. Hands down the worst customer service!! Consider this a warning, and run the other direction and buy from someone else.

We heard great things about this place and how much they respect first responder families so we decided to check them out. We bought a truck from them, waited 2 and a half weeks to get the truck as they said the smog codes needed to be cleared after replacing the battery: no problem, this is normal with diesel. We picked up the truck, and the next day noticed it was at 20% DEF fluid, and the oil was at 70%. Annoying but they had had to drive the truck to get the smog codes to clear so we disregarded it. Two days later we notice there was a chunk out of the back right tire. We bought the truck on a Friday, and noticed this on a Sunday, so we couldn't take it back to the dealership. We took it to 2 local tire places to see if they needed to be replaced and was told by both tire places that that chunk was grounds for replacement and all the tires were at 5/30 seconds, meaning all the tires were ready for replacement. We got quotes from both tire places and brought them back to the dealership on Monday. We were promised they "would make it right". After waiting for a few hours while they looked things over, they offered to pay for half the price of new tires. Seemed unfair as we spent almost $70K on this truck, but i was willing to meet them halfway. That was until the price they quoted was retail price, versus the wholesale price, almost the exact same price as the 2 quotes i got from local tire shops. I brought this to the attention of the GM and he said it was the best they could do. I got a check for 50% of the quote they gave me and took my business elsewhere. Al and Bruce, the salesmen whom we met with were very nice, and Kelli, in finance, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. But we spent a lot of money on a truck that immediately needed $2K worth of work. It seems like an inspection wasn't done prior to sale so hoping we don't find more work that needs to be done. We were not diligent due to the reputation of this dealership and have learned our lesson. Hoping we can help someone from our mistakes. read more

Ryan, Gary, and Bill were all great in answering questions about the warranty and previous history. They went out of there way to talk to the Tesla service center to ensure I felt comfortable with purchasing outside of the Tesla network. I had a bad experience in dealing with Tesla on their cpo cars and knew exactly which model I wanted. Long story short the car was immaculate and just as Ryan promised. Worth the drive in traffic. Went in to upgrade to a bigger vehicle in October 2021. Found a vehicle that both me and my wife liked. Within 2 months after purchasing the vehicle (2017 Yukon) the torque converter failed and my transmission seized up on a holiday trip to see family. Got stranded in another state. I was "advised" heavily to purchase the extended warranty. I felt the entire transaction was a scam to begin with. I feel as if the car wasn't even inspected when the previous owner traded it in. Buyer beware now I'm stuck with an upside loan for a car that I don't think is going to make it past this year without more major repairs that I am now stuck with. Lemon all the way read more
